Angleton Seafood

We finally stopped by after driving past it so many times and actually came here because Margarita Jones ran out of crawfish...and best decision ever!! I just moved to this part of town and was afraid I wasn't going to be able to get the bold garlic/asain style crawfish I could easily get in Houston. But this is now my go to spot!! Their grilled shrimp is also really good. 10/10 recommend. Lots of seating area and plenty of parking. Friendly staff and service.

The food was really good. I had the nine piece shrimp and oyster plate. I haven't had fried seafood like that since I've been back home in Louisiana so it was definitely a nice reminder of some really good seafood. Called in my order and they had it done in about 10 minutes, and the service was up to par as well. Inside could use a little sprucing up but the food saves it for sure. $25 was a little steep but it was good at least.

very good seafood. Everything has been great. Salad was very fresh. Catfish and shrimp are excellent. Amount served was very generous. Staff were friendly and attentive. Will go back soon. Would recommend this restaurant highly. Fried Shrimp andGrilled Seafood are very good. You can even customize your order.

The portion sizes were large. I had the Mexican Shrimp Cocktail and a bowl of Shrimp Gumbo-- I think both were appetizers and either one would have made a complete meal. Neat setting; good food!

10 minute wait for a server.I ordered the fried "calamarie" and 6 jumbo shrimp with fries and coleslaw. The app was just okay. The tartar sauce was mayo and pickles. The cocktail sauce, so thick I had to open the squeeze bottle to pour it on the plate, was full of pickles but did have a hint of Tabasco. The shrimp were fresh, but jumbo...hmmm, maybe not. When I went to pay at the cashier (as numerous posted signs instructed), the cashier, who turned out to be the manager, asked me what I'd ordered. I said the calamari and jumbo shrimp. He asked if I had the coleslaw? I said yes, and by the way, it was atrocious, to which he (manager) replied "hey, I just work here, I don't cook it" Really? Well, that about sums up his customer service skills. Honestly, I've never had pickles and cabbage referred to as coleslaw. The best part of the meal? The fries and the ketchup...which I had to ask for from the single, harried server, who was doing her best to be cheerful and accommodating.

This is the best place to getwell cooked fish and I suppose, seafood, contrasted withRed Lobster in Lake Jacksonafter the Pearland locationhad closed a while ago.Most good places near Pearland-Alvin-Manvel are over inClear Creek-Dickinson-Friendswood region. Otherwise there are mediocresources in Freeport and Surfside.

Ate there October 30, 2023 at lunch. Food was good, but have you ever heard of a restaurant that did not serve coffee or have ANY kind of desert? They may be out there, but I have not been to one that I recall.Doubt that I will be back any time soon,

The food wasn't good at all. I ordered grilled fish and veggies and nothing was actually grilled on my plate. The fish was chewy and the veggies were soggy and sitting liquid.
