This was after a guest had left so the bed isn't made but looks really comfortable!
Front of picture found in attic.
They found this picture when cleaning out the attic.
This was our room, don't mind the messy bed. Our room was one of the smaller rooms, but still comfortable!
I love the cabinets!
Beautiful historic home with lots of charm. Very well kept and inviting to guests.
Cute!
Another common area.
Plenty of drinks for heat to help themselves.
Stairs going to the upstairs rooms.
Parking is right out front.
Lots of little books to enjoy a cup of coffee, or a book.
Eggs Benedict! Loved the table settings.
Relaxing front porch - great place to enjoy the nice breeze!

We spent the weekend at this Bed and Breakfast! They went out of their way to accommodate our late night check in, last minute reservation and poor B&B etiquette! The owners were so sweet and gracious! We spent the first night in the downstairs master. The bed was huge and comfy! I was thrilled to see that the ac in the house was powered by window ac units! I could die, I love love love Window units! I always sleep so well in rooms that have them. The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. On our second night we moved to a room upstairs, this room was considerably smaller but still really comfortable and nice. We had a great nights sleep, and we awoke to a amazing breakfast! They served us coffee, juice, a beautiful fruit bowl and eggs Benedict. Now, y'all know I am picky about my eggs! These eggs were poached to perfection. Breakfast service was elegant and a feast for our taste buds. One of the owners gave us a detailed history of the area and of the house while we ate our beautiful breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angel Rose , we will visit again soon. As of now, they are making plans to continue the restoration and to make several upgrades. They are in talks to add an elevator, two extra suites and a sunroom. Upon arrival we asked about any ghost or haunting stories, the owner informed us they may or may not have a friendly ghost! I am happy to report that not only did we not see any ghost, but we also did not experience any paranormal activity! Enjoy your stay and enjoy the surrounding amenities in Rockport!

Took my wife there for her birthday. The room was very comfortable and clean. Jennifer welcome us and gave us a tour of the place. OK, she recommended a nice restaurant or two. We had a good night sleep. for the price they were just ok. However, next morning we got for breakfast and Rusty serve us a nice fruit salad and the best French toast with apple sauce ever. we spend an hour have great conversation with an artist from NM. And some great of the greatest breakfast I ever had. Great experience and the wife LOVE IT!!!

My husband and I plus our son and his wife were very lucky to find this place over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was apparently built in 1881 but moved to its present location in 1887 and is spectacular! Our room was very comfortable and had an attached bath. Our son/wife's room was also lovely with a separate bath a few steps outside their door. Our hosts were very congenial and great cooks because each morning we were served a fabulous meal of fresh fruit (they have an orange tree), waffles, French toast which was stuffed! and eggs Benedict with a twist (salmon). We stayed three nights. Many little extras make this B & B a place to return in the not to distant future.

This was one of the best vacations and experiences I've ever had; my husband planned and booked a weekend at this bed & breakfast for our 5th anniversary. It was the best anniversary present I could have ever asked for, he took me to an amazing restaurant that was recommended by Rusty the proprietor. I felt like I was visiting and staying in the home of friends. Rusty cooked us the most amazing 5 star breakfast!

My husband and I spent 3 lovely nights at the Angel Rose B&B. We'd arranged for 2 nights and then decided to stay a 3rd as we were having such a nice time at the B&B and Rockport. We enjoyed the welcome tour by Jennifer as she told us the history of the home and a bit about Rockport. Jennifer made suggestions about things to do in the area along with restaurant ideas. My husband and I loved her suggestions as we could walk a block or so to the Texas Maritime Museum and along the boat docks, then later walk around the block to a couple of different restaurants. The 495 Chesapeake Eats was suggested by Jennifer and was absolutely fantastic! Our spacious master bedroom (downstairs) was beautifully decorated with stunning antique furniture. Breakfasts were tasty and lots fun as we shared our local tourist experiences with Jennifer and another guest. It was a special treat to be able take relaxing walks to the museum, shops, dock, park and restaurants. So nice not to have to drive everywhere. The area definitely suffered from the hurricane, but the Angel Rose B&B remains a lovely destination with many things to do in the immediate area. Hosts (Jennifer and Rusty) work hard to assure a welcoming experience. We will be returning!
