Wonderful home cooking. We were seated and noticed a model train in the ceiling. Really cool as it travelled around They brought us warm blueberry muffins before we ordered. My wife had the waffle (they have real maple Syrup) and I had short stack blueberry pancakes. Both well done. I got the hash browns and added green peppers and onions and jalapeños. Just wow. This is a "local" place, not a tourist restaurant. Omar was fast and efficient on coffee and keeping the water refilled. You want a good inexpensive breakfast? You want to eat here. Our second visit I got the enchiladas without the chili as I am vegetarian. Picture attached. Excellent second visit. Their cook knows what they are doing.

It was a very long wait and I didn't think it was worth it at all. The muffins they give you with breakfast were good but not very sweet. I split the french toast and veggie omelet with someone and I could definitely make them better at home. The french toast was thin and bland. The omelet was so wet and broke apart easily and was also bland. I would swear the hash browns came out of a freezer bag. Service was excellent and the vibe is nice. But I definitely wouldn't go back and don't understand the hype at all.

Food was delicious, prices are a bit high like $5 for an add on piece of ham. Pretty cool space to eat in and the service was decent.

Andy's Kitchen is a very cute country diner with all of the dishes you would expect. They also have a Tex-Mex section of the menu along with lunch too. Turn the menu to the back and you can read about their history which was fun! I have heard so much about the free blueberry muffins and they don't taste like blueberry! It's a vanilla muffin with flecks of blueberry. What we ordered: Corned Beef Hash - The corned beef came out as patties which was strange. They tasted okay but were kinda dry. Hash browns and eggs were good. Greasy but good. Came with two biscuits which had a strange texture. Side of Sausage Gravy - Just your average sausage gravy. Nothing out of the ordinary. Eggs Benedict - Good portion size and eggs were perfectly poached. The hollandaise was slightly sweet but otherwise good. Service was nice and she did a good job despite the rush. This is a good place for breakfast but nothing amazing. If you are craving simple, old fashion American breakfast and brunch than this is your spot.

I went in for breakfast, ordered the Andy's Special. The food was great and fulfilling, I enjoyed the hash browns I always tend to eat that first and it was great. The bacon and sausage were delicious. The service was attentive providing the right amount of coffee. The ambiance was great old country style enjoyed the model train overhead.

Good solid breakfast. We are visiting Corpus Christi and needed breakfast. Andy's solved the problem. When we pulled into the parking lot, it was full. Worried a bit about getting a table. There were plenty of tables and we were seated almost immediately. I wouldn't count on that as there were many people waiting when we left. Awesome restaurant with great service. The ambiance was small town with trains circling the ceiling.
