Perfect little place for a mommy daughter vacation! Ran into a few snags when I got there but the people at Vacasa made everything right! The place is under renovation from previous hurricanes it was still very quaint and quite. The place has two pools and dogs are allowed! It's not at all like a hotel but like little apartments! I would stay here again.

You have got to be joking calling this plAce a resort . The problems with the place have nothing to do with hurricane damage. It is dirty an poorly maintained. We were in 137 you would think that was first floor right? Wrong it is actually 3rd. No smoke alarm on room dirt in corners elevator filthy and smells to high heaven of piss. I am allergic to cats and a huge orange one roams freely through out. Balcony is a mess. I could go on and on but we were supposed to stay 8 nights only could tolerate 3 and moved to Best Western Padre Island.

So the room was ok. Decent. The reason we booked this place was for the indoor pool though. It was so Mesquito infested, you couldn't walk through the area, let alone swim in it. Luckily, the weather was nice so we used the outdoor pool. But it was freezing, just wish it was heated. The Parking situation was also not great. We had a reserved spot, just kind of a pain to get to. Otherwise ok. We probably would not stay here again though, if given the choice. Honestly, it's not a "resort" at all. But it's ok for what we paid.

Stayed in unit 105..booked with vacasa. Really nice efficiency. You can tell they redid it on the inside. Comfy bed and cute decor.. had fridge, stove, washer dryer in unit, TV mounted, couch, and chair. Lots of seating. Also had small dining table and chairs..bathroom kinda small but fine for 2 ppl. Nice shower and section with mirror to get dressed and put makeup on..inside pool looked good. Never saw outside pool but know there's one..outside of building looks old and run down but this unit was great..lockbox for easy in and out. Area with grass and grills to walk the dog. Right by the sonic.. which is an actually good Sonic..ide stay here again

We checked in at 4 (when you book online it very clearly says no earlier than 4pm). The security guard helped us get our room information and parking information. We stayed in 180. It mentioned multiple times that the entire place was being redone due to hurricane damage, so we were prepared for the worst. It was quiet, clean and super convenient (literally 1 mile to the beach). No construction, no staff, no residents ever bothered us. It is not a high class 5 star resort, but it is really nice for the price and again, super convenient. We had no problems with staff. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of 5 is because the indoor pool was really icky. (Cloudy and there was vomit in the corner). Other than that, the facility was definitely worth it.

We were staying at Anchor Resort 138 - Corpus Christi, TX for 4 nights. We drove all the way down for ten hours and had dog in the heat. We were there around 2pm before checkin time and they said they wouldn't allow any early check in and we understand so we just waited until exactly 4pm and the first cleaning lady was nice. Warning: 1) there are a father with one or two kids at night time that the kids will check around peoples food while they were enjoying their fishing or dining at the pit. The kids will come around you saying the food smell good and they are hungry. The dad was on the side hanging around without saying anything but one time saying "don't bother people". The first night we gave them burgers and didn't pay attention but the next few nights we saw them around checking on peoples food and the visitors were nicely giving them the food but I can tell they were not willing to. We recongize they were there for a purpose that the kids will eat peoples food and give some to his dad later on. They dress up fine and not homeless. You can tell they are hustle for food from the visitors. They are the people live in this condo. Watch your surroundings I would definitely recommend. 2) The last day we check out, the other cleaning lady came to clean the place at 11:30am. We were almost done packing and ready to leave. She was so rude to us and said to my daughter "didn't u know the check out time is 11am?". She was very rude and when we walked out she slammed the door and throw our stuff out of the door.3) We understand hurricane hit the places unfortunately, but we walk in to the bedroom balcony, the whole balcony was torn up, there is no piece of wood on my side (just a rim and hollow in the middle) and the other only have one or two pieces wood immediately. If you have little kids or dogs, watch them carefully they will fall off without safe sign or protection. This was very dangerous and we told vacasa and they had people to put wood back on because they afraid of insurance liability. But they could have done it better before our complaints. We tried to clean the place as much as we could bring courtesy to all places we go, but having this type of unsafe place and bad customer service? We will definitely not going back or recommend any of my friends to enjoy their vacation there.

Very disappointed. We came over the weekend and there was no one to be found to help us find our rooms or check in. We had no idea where we were going. We had to ask around for 20 minutes until we finally found it. The grounds and the buildings were very run down and looked very dirty it made it hard to enjoy anything else. We tried to get ahold of management and no one was answering. If you have a problem or a question about anything good luck because you'll have to figure it out on your own! The only positive thing I have to say about this experience is the room we stayed in appeared clean. Everything else sucked. Don't waste your money.
