Horrible experience. I bought carpet and paid to have it installed. They scheduled it fairly quickly, but it was not installed properly. It started to rumple almost immediately, with large creases in several places and puckering at the walls. When I called to complain, the owner was defensive. She finally agreed to have her installer come stretch the carpet again, but again it was still not stretched properly. Ugh. DO NOT USE THIS THIS COMPANY FOR CARPET.
