AMC CLASSIC Corpus Christi 16

Briana, Marie, and Abigail were wonderful this evening @ 6:30 pm when we came to check in for our 7 pm movie. The gentleman with no name tag conveniently lacked tremendously in customer service. We are AMC Stubs members and were next in line to pay cash, (normally we order all online) just had to get an extra ticket and some popcorn; and he allowed line cuts. Even when it was brought to his attention and obvious by everyone that we were clearly next. This is out of character for this location, as a whole we receive good service. I hope by leaving this review that this will not happen again to any patrons. If it doesn't get resolved I will contact higher up the chain.

I love AMC - I had an amazing experience at the Corpus Christi location seeing A Complete Unknown. The AMC membership is well worth it! Highly recommend. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure I felt comfortable and taken care of! They really went above and beyond to help me with the appand to make sure everything was so fun! The pizza I ordered was yummy and the popcorn was so fresh! Yay! It was definitely a treat to enjoy during the movie. The best part was the seating; the seats were not only spacious but also very comfy, making it so easy to settle in and get cozy for the show! Overall, an outstanding experience, from the excellent food to the top-notch concessions service and the comfort of the theater. I'll definitely be coming back for more movie nights at AMC!

Potentially the worst movie theater I've ever experienced. Dirty from lobby to bathroom to theater. I should have clued in when the lady issuing tickets rolled eyes, this was not the greatest place to watch a movie (or probably, giving her benefit of the doubt, to work). The cleaning crew turned on lights at the end of the movie when there was still a theater's worth of people watching end credits and animation. Did not care. Bright spot - the guys at the refreshments counter up front were courteous and really trying their best. Out of ice.AMC should raze this location and start again.

I'm sure this theater used to be nice. But I came in to watch a movie and you could hardly see the screen. It was so dull. On top of that, I tried to get a gin and tonic and they had no tonic. And their bathroom looked and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned all weekend. It was 4:15 on a Monday so I know it wasn't from usage that day. It smelled like grand central station. They might need to kill off this location. It's definitely dead to me. I got my refund and left. And was glad they couldn't serve me a gin and tonic.

Bad, bad, bad. Just close it down. Better to have Cinemark and Alamo as only theater In Corpus than this joint. Employees can find another minimal job elsewhere. Plenty of higher paying jobs out there. This place is not worth keeping open. Sad to say.

Disgusting- as I walked my shoes stuck to the ground. The restrooms were even worse! Would never come back

Go anywhere else, this place is a ghost town. The employees hate their lives , the bartender didn't care at all , tried to ask for 3 different drinks off the menu ,after all of them not being available , just decided to not get a drink. Get to the ticket person and they inform us our seats are broken so we can just sit somewhere else because no one else is in the theater with us. Yiiiiiikes!

Awesome experience!!! The staff was amazing!! The theater was super clean. FREE REFILLS!! This is our theater forever!!!

The place is a dump. I hadn't been there in awhile and was disappointed by the way the parking lot looked: trash everywhere, overflowing trash cans. signs of neglect everywhere. No surprise then to find a dirty bathroom with a nasty stench.Won't be going back.

Nastiest theater I've ever seen!! I don't think they've updated anything!! Since this place opened!!! Trashy, restrooms stink, seats are all worn out!!! Come on corpus don't trash your movie theater take pride!!
