Construction Work: Patio Cover by 'Alpha & Omega Siding & Windows, L.L.C'.The folks at Alpha and Omega just completed our patio cover(November 2024). From the demo of the old cover to the installation of the new one Alpha & Omega' did a great job. This included roofing and electrical work. If you need a patio cover call 'Alpha & Omega'.

Do not return phone calls. They take an upfront deposit then sit on the money for months. Installation is sub par. Trim unpainted and sheetrock left unfinished.

Very disappointed in the customer service. I needed two small items repaired in my house's drywall, but I needed it done in a reasonable amount of time. They quoted me $450, and I accepted. I was told to wait a few days while they scheduled me for the work. I waited a week, and tried calling. Every call goes to voicemail, but I get a call back. They tell me that they have my information from the estimate, but need to talk in-house to schedule an appointment. They never called back. I waited another week, and all calls go straight to voicemail. I'm fairly patient, but needed the work done in a timely manner. By agreeing to do the job, and then never scheduling a time or even responding to me, the situation wasted two weeks that I could've used to find a company that COULD do my job.

We are very disappointed in the work we have had done by Alpha and Omega. The windows that were installed were fine, but the work they have done since has has been totally sub par. The screened in porch looked nice but it took numerous tries and added expense to stop the leaking of the roof. Come to find out, there was no slant on the new roof and the water pooled. We didn't need to have the shingles on our roof redone after all- at our expense. The handicap bathroom is anything BUT. There is an 1 1/2 lift into the shower, and we have to sit on the toilet sideways because it's difficult to get to the toilet. There is no room for a walker in the bathroom. Measurements were off and finishing touches were lacking. My wife was almost electrocuted but the attitude was non chalant. The owner was rarely available to discuss issues, but was Johnny on the spot for checks. We do not recommend this business on many levels.
