Allure Apartments

allure apartment are one of the wonderful place to live in the world they have nice pools and a excellents gym to work out at.

The name of the apartments have changed under new management. But under the Harpers Corner name, it was going down the drain quick. Air conditioners not working, forcing people to buy/borrow portable AC's raising their electric bill. They kept having "quick fixes" done and that resulted in them calling out help 4x. It took them 3 mos (May, June, and July) to fix it correctly. A pipe busted running massive amounts of water into a downstairs apartment which took over 2 weeks to fix. This was along with no working AC. They finally had to move in with her mother since she was 7mos pregnant and had a 2yr old. I sure hope it gets better with the new management.

When we first looked at this place (2009) they were shady. That's was Harpers Corner. It is currently called CABANA ON EVERHART, And all I can say is do NOT move here or any other complex this company owns. We have lived here for 2 years and the first year, there were absolutely no problem! It was the best complex I've ever seen! As time goes on...They spent money building a fenced in grassed area(same grass the ought the complex) for a DOG PARK, they spent money on furniture for the pools during winter time and they cut half of the basketball court for a tennis court. Parking is AWFUL, no regulated spot nor have they changed the pass code to get it so anyone can come by. Now to the real problems! One night we were running our microwave and a socket on the opposite side of the kitchen started shooting sparks! They fixed it within 24 hrs. With in three months of that, our electricity shorts out and ONLY ONE of our sockets worked. Guy spent all day trying to figure it out when all he had to do was flip the breaker. Here's the GREAT PART! Even with an EMPLOYEE watching an UNLICENSED maintenance man trying to change a breaker on a building, IT BLOWS UP AND STARTING SHOOTING SPARKS AND CATCHES FIRE! If you want pictures of damage I have them. We were without electricity for THREE days and the hired electrician brought out his person generator for our section while the apartments did NOTHING. They offered no concession for us for anything perishable in out apartment without power!!!!!! They stated some clause in our lease saying as long as they are trying to fix the problem, they have the right to do nothing. Just today I found that our AC unit was leaking, in our CLOSET, near an electric panel and ruined clothing and my SCHOOL BOOKS averaging about $250 for all. We took my books to the office and the APARTMENT MANAGER SYLVIA said it wasn't her problem. I hope this isn't a kind of apartment complex you wouldn't like to live in. This just goes to show that they do not care about who lives here whatsoever, even the employes that live in the complex.

My girlfriend and I have put in numerous work orders and nothing has been done about them. Each time we go and let them know something is wrong there excuse is we have one mantience person. At this point I will be calling corporate office better world properties

Juliet and her team keep Allure Apartments beautifully maintained and managed! Affordable, safe, and comfortable! I'm so happy everyday when I finally get home!

roaches everywhere ,poor customer service , smell neighbours scents through walls,poor up to date service,does not take care of their pools, and dirty outside trash bin always over filled

Never under Any circumstances should anyone Ever move in here. Management does not care at all about the residents. When maintenance be is needed, it takes on average 2 months to get smallest problems fixed and when anyone calls the office about it, they just lie about sending some out to take care of the problem.
