Tess is absolutely amazing. She has helped me with flooring for my business and for my home. She even had her team come out and do a patch job on some old flooring when I bought a new building. It looked brand new when they got through. I will never deal with any other flooring company.

I have purchased multiple floors here and multiple area rugs. The service is always exemplary and the installation was without complication. They have a wider selection of area rugs than anyone else in town at a fair price.

I have a rental apartment behind my house. I wish I had used Allisons for my vinyl flooring instead of the company that I used. This company is The Best! I had vinyl flooring put in throughout my house last year, and this company does absolute professional work from start to finish. First Karen comes to take the measurements. . She will tell you Honestly what will work and won't work. How refreshing is that!, instead of a company that will tell you whatever you would like to hear, in order to make a sale. Been there, done that, not a good thing. Not only was the price right, but the workers were quick and professional and above all they keep their word. They came out almost a year later to glue back a small piece that had come loose. They say Lifetime guarantee, and they mean it.

We went to get carpet for two houses. Karen came out and measured our house and the first thing she told us was we couldn't do a curve in the carpet. After challenging her she said well of course we could. When she sent me the estimate there was no details whatsoever. When I asked for a breakout of the invoice such as yards of carpet, installation etc.,I was told they do a turnkey job and they did not tell you how many yards of carpet you were paying for. The carpet she was quoting us Was supposedly $2.57 a sq ft but the estimate came out $4800. We have approx 700 sq ft of carpet needed. 2.57 x 700 is Right at $1800. I guess were would pay $3000 to have tack strip put down and the carpet laid. I would never go back there again. Seems to be a dishonest way to do business
