This is the worst experience a truck buyer could have. We bought a Ram truck at this dealership. This Ram is like a bad colonoscopy. Embarrassing and painful. And trying to work with this dealership is like having the colonoscopy done by a doctor who is a sadist. We think this Ram was built by a factory full of hungover mechanics who couldn't pass the final exam. Shame on Ram. Shame on Allen Samuels. And shame on us for not checking reviews of this dealership.

This dealership is wild. I'm in Houston and I called them to buy a hellcat redeye. Went through the whole approval process and all I had to do was fly down to sign the paperwork. So the car was sold. So after running my credit and sending in all the damn documents, these clowns sold the car to someone else the day before I was supposed to finalize the paperwork. Bad business. Bad f**king business. I have never had this happen at a car dealership. These clowns told me they were putting a sold sticker on the car. They just lost a repeat buyer who was already buying a $100k car from them.

Update to my original post..They finished my vehicle, hopefully all is well.Car Shield told me they tried to overcharge them..the numbers the dealership showed me did not ring true with what Car Shield told me..Midas in Corpus diagnosed the issue..Car Shield said I should have let them do the repairs..less hassle..I know next time.Maybe trying to chingela' the warranty company is normal..I don't know but I don't like it..Trust is pretty crucial..

Don't know what they're doing. Took 5 months to replace the engine they locked up. Then tried to blame me and had to use extended warranty to pay for it. Never ever use their service department!

ARE YOU KIDDING. Bad service. I brought my wife's Ram to Allen Samuel's service department for a transmission shift problem. The pickup has 65000 miles and the drivetrain is still under warranty. While the service department was looking into the issue they found a dead squirrel in the engine compartment. The mechanic took a picture of it to show us what they had found. They had the vehicle 3 hours. The service manager, Chuck stated they couldn't help me with anything because I refused to install a new sensor in the exhaust pipe. They left me hanging on the transmission issue and the dead squirrel. Thanks for the help jerk. Beware of this dealership.

I'm putting this up here to warn the people about this company. I bought this truck for $50000. The company has lied to me over and over when I got home. The 1st day discovered the truck had 2 crack manifolds. Mind the fact the trucks of 2020. Also I requested the car faxed. Cause I found out the truck has been in an accidenthey ignore my calls. Do not return my calls. They took my money and they don't wanna have anything to do with me. Also discovered the battery and it was older than the truck. Einstein brand new $300 battery 1 of the mufflers bracket was broken. They lied about the.Everything And they will not return your calls back.I am now speaking with an attorney and the BBB. I did have the truck repair. I put new tires out of my own pocket. Should not have to buy new tires, but I did. The tires on know we're not good from the inside. I got the truck running good and looking good. But it was the way they did the deal with me and lied to me about everything. And it will not return my calls back. I've had the truck for a year. And I just wanna let God know. These people are bad people. I do not recommend these people or that company to anybody to go through What I went through with these people that represents this company.

If I could give negative stars I would. F**K this place and the people who work here. I legit shoved a glove, A GLOVE, inside the headlamp of my car. I went in and asked for just an quick inspection. Specifically asked to check the headlights. They loosened my battery terminal and tried to charge me $450 for an air filter and to replace my battery. I laughed, fixed the battery connection and asked if they checked everything else. They said yes, mad that I didn't go for their idiotic plan. I Specifically asked about the headlamps and they said they were perfect. I then popped the hood proceeded to open the headlamp and pulled out the glove and held it up for them to explain it. They began trying to back track instantly. Don't go here. Even for something so simple. Corrupt horrible people.

My daughter needed an oil change. Came in to town from college and advised us that she was having brake and A/C issues. Had a Saturday appointment (was a plus) they checked the car ( we knew the rotors needed to be turned) said all brakes were bad and rotors needed to be replaced. I get it it's a dealership, they replace rather than repair, so gave them the Ok to do the repair. Next call was to tell me they did not have the parts for front brakes. Agreed to do front brakes next time she was in. Called again and said they could get aftermarket parts local and complete the job. Thought that was cool, willing to help out the customer. Once again this was on a Saturday, I was singing praises to these guys. Then I get to there to pick up the car and they charged dealership prices for all the parts , even the aftermarket ones. Was ferrous because the price was twice what they told me on the phone. I paid and I left unhappy. Had an appointment for a few weeks later when daughter was back in town to have A/C checked. Dropped off on a Thursday, appointment on Friday. No phone calls, got a text with an estimated cost of repairs of 11 items that need immediate attention. As I went through the inspection sheet, I saw were needing brake fluid changed was marked with red. It was jus changed two weeks ago, and trust me they charged for it. So I knew this inspection was BS. They sent the estimate of $8000 with no explanation to any of the 11 items they listed, and then wonder why you are mad and don't won't them to touch the car. Daughter started the car to leave and engine was making bad noises according to the wife. She sent me a picture of the oil spot ( fresh oil) that was where the car was parked. When asked the service writer said they had to add a quart of oil because it was low, but it should be ok. Long story short they left my daughter drive away with oil leaking from it. Told the wife to run it to another shop in town and have it checked. They had to add five quarts of oil because it was leaking so bad and already out of oil. Can't believe that dealership could not pick up the phone , call, explain what was going on , and maybe explain that estimate they sent out. Instead they let my daughter drive away knowingly that she was going to have major issues. When my wife questioned them about things like the drive shaft that needed to be replaced for over $1000 ( this is after she picked up the car) that service writer said well you really don't need the whole drive shaft it just needs a support bearing. I cold keep going, and want to say a bunch more, but it comes down to them seeing two females with car issues and what can we scare them out of. The fact that they let them leave knowing she was going to be driving a long distance, and would have been left on the side of the road. I won't name the other Buisness here but trust me look at shops around town and they will have my 5 star review.
