My experience with Allen Samuels was the best customer service. My Salesman Bob, was such a great help and very understanding that I did not want to get myself into a used vehicle, because my dad was my mechanic, and I did not want to have any problems in the future with a used vehicle. Bob was very kind and assured me he would do his best to help me get the price to where I felt comfortable. Also the finance person (originally from Alice,TX), whom I regret to have forgotten his name, was such a great help as well. It was after 8:00 on Friday and he was so joyful and happy. He did his best to keep a smile on my face, which was AWESOME! They made my experience with buying my first new car the best they could, under the circumstance of my father not able to be with me.Thank you guys! Glad to be the first reviewer:)

Never going to waste my time here again. Monique Lara and the finance manager tried sticking me with a 11.6 interest rate and my credit score is above 660. I took my keys to my trade and ran. Thankfully I didn't fall in trap of smiles and making me feel like I have a low credit score and couldn't get anything lower than what they offered without money down. Ha I now have a 4.2 interest rate on a 2014 Silverado Texas Edition no money down from Automation Chevrolet...shame on Allen Samuels teaching bad business to their employees.

Throughout the years I've tried to purchase a vehicle at Allen Samuels Chevrolet. Each time I walk away because they play these high pressure tactics and are unwilling to negotiate a price on a vehicle "because its a brand new car and there's nothing wrong with it!" Each time, they drive me to a different dealership where I make a purchase usually on the same day!

Allen Samuels installed a battery in my car in my car last Monday, after picking it up I noted some of the systems had not been connected. I took the car back for their so called master mechanics to finish it right. It has now been over a week and they still have not connected the plugs to another plug. The battery has been how difficult is it to look at the car manual and know where the wires should be plugged in? I just don't understand other than the dealership doesn't care.

I took my Chevy Cruze here for a recall. The recall was they needed to reprogram my ECM. When I dropped my car off, the guy said it would only be a couple hours, if the car excepts the code, if not it could be upwards of 4 hours. No big deal, my buddy came and picked me up. That was at about 12:45. I called the place back at 6, to see what the deal with my car was, and he informed that because of some power issues they were not able to look at my vehicle. Thanks for calling to let me know. . . The guys said it would be done by early mid-day tomorrow. Ok, no big deal I'll just have to pick it up tomorrow. I called them at about 11:00 the next day to check on the status of my vehicle, and I was put on hold for about 20 minutes. They told me that they lost my paper work. . . I asked if my car was in the shop, and they said no. They called me back about noon to let me know my car was completed. . . From which at that point she informed me that they had originally written the wrong phone number down for me (when I called at 11:00 I gave them my phone number again). Which means, A job that took them less than an hour to do, I had to wait a day and a half for. Their service is slow, and they are not friendly or accommodating. Thanks for nothing Allen, thanks for nothing.

Customer service at the service department is extremely slow. Actual service is excellent, but someone needs to help organize the lack of customer service reps. I tried speaking to someone who was just sitting there and apparently I was asking for too much. I didn't realize if your actual job title is different you can't assist in any way. I will no longer go to the service department at Allen Samuels. This has been the second disappointment for me from this service department.

BEWARE OF ALLEN SAMUELS CHEVROLETI was extremely disappointed in Allen Samuels Chevrolet. First off I am a lifelong Chevy owner and purchase a new one at least every 2 years. I was buying a 2015 Chevy Colorado. They were in short supply, and this dealership happened to find one that fit what I was looking for. I put down a 1000 deposit that was non refundable or I would have gone somewhere else. This dealership refused to evaluate my trade fairly of honor the "guaranteed" price range they presented on the website. I had other offers from dealerships that were at least triple what they wanted to give me. They knew they had my deposit and lack of effort in giving me the minimal value was not a priority for them. Then to top off a bad experience already. The truck was delivered filthy. It had tar and bugs everywhere. They told me they would have it detailed while I was waiting to sign the loan documents and it was still filthy. They drove this vehicle in from somewhere and there was chip in the windshield. It was hidden in my view my rear view mirror, and it was raining so I did not notice it until I left the Dealership. I am stuck with a damaged windshield on a truck I spent a lot of money for. I was on a very limited time frame, ,and I had asked them to please have all the documents ready so I could come in, sign and leave promptly. I made appointments for 1:30. I arrived at the dealership at 1:15 and was made to sit and wait for over 2 hours before the finance manager finally brought me in. The receptionist at the front was the rudest person I have ever talked to. I asked her to check on the delay and she just refused and told me they would get with me when they could. Never again will I step foot in this place again. The reviews I have read since I made this purchase pretty much vaalidate the experience I had. I would caution anyone in the market for a Chevrolet to stay clear of this place. There are other choices in the area that have more customer service and where you can be treated fairly.

On May 30th, 2014 I pulled into the used car sales area of Allen Samuels Chevrolet in Corpus Christi, Texas. I began to shop around for either a black 4X4 pick up or a Z71 package Tahoe. I saw a 2011 Tahoe with the Z71 package being detailed and didn't pay much attention because I had figured it was sold. I walked into the used car building and it was empty, I found one female and she very rudely asked if she could help me. I explained that I am interested in purchasing a used vehicle and she stated okay. She dialed into the intercom and asked for a salesperson to the used car area and stormed off. After waiting and additional 10 minutes for a sales person to show up I decided to walk over to the main sales building and ask, again, for a sales person. I was finally greeted by Alisha who was very friendly. We walked over and I explained that I am interested in the Tahoe that had just finished getting detailed. We walked back and checked to make sure it was in inventory and it was. We went back to the used car side and took it on a test drive, the window sticker was marked "NO WARRANTY" but Alisha assured me that it is certified preowned and that it does have a warranty. With the certified preowned license plates and the certified preowned tagged hanging from the mirror I felt comfortable with the vehicle. After getting back to the dealership I began to bargain and they would not budge any. Another gentleman Named Santos came over and asked me if there was anything wrong with the vehicle, I stated not that I saw immediately, but I didn't get to spend much time with it. He asked if I had the opportunity to drive the vehicle and I stated yes, but not at highway speeds due to construction. He stated that it was his previous vehicle and he traded it in for a newer vehicle because he was expecting a child. I had somewhere to be late that afternoon so I left the dealership but ended up coming back due to the fact that I left my driver's license with them after the test drive. When I returned a different sales person helped me because Alisha was busy, I actually knew the gentleman personally and he was very helpful. He let me take the vehicle to a bumpy parking lot and try out the suspension. When we returned I began to look over the vehicle very carefully, of course every used car is going to have its minor scratches here and there and it did. They stated they could fix those up with no problem. He also informed me that with the purchase I would receive a complete detail and fa full tank of gas. I stated to them if they would work on the price with me it would be very helpful but they still wouldn't budge. They were kind enough to let me take the vehicle home for the night to really make sure it was the vehicle for me. Of course I drove the thing all around town and fell in love with the vehicle, but I did notice the front right wheel well appeared to be damaged. On Saturday I returned to the dealership and stated that I am interested and willing to put 1,000 cash down that day to hold it. The bank I wanted to finance through was closed on Saturday so there was no way I could finance it if I wanted to. I stated I'm willing to put the cash down if they work the wheel well piece into the deal, Alisha became very frustrated but they did. The finance of the vehicle did not work out through the bank I wanted to so I financed through my original personal bank. My cosigner lives in Dallas, Texas and therefor made it a little difficult to get everything signed. In the end everything was signed on Friday June 6, 2014 but the check would not arrive from the bank until the following Tuesday. I began to ask if they would let me take the vehicle as I have the signed application and insurance on the vehicle, of course after continuing discussions between the managers they allowed me to take the vehicle with a dealer tag. Alisha and I went and got the vehicle, they were kind enough to put 20 dollars of gas (quarter of a tank) and said have a nice day. I returned Tuesday with the full amount and the rest of my down payment as promised. I was instructed to take the vehicle to service on Friday and they would inspect the vehicle (which was legally already supposed to be done) and install the wheel well piece. They also performed the tire rotation needed. After the instillation of the wheel well piece I was driving out of a drive through lane and had to turn the wheels all the way to the left and heard grinding. I immediately stopped and looked and the wheels installed on the vehicle are too large for the wheel well. I was forced to cut the wheel well liner to prevent damage to the vehicle. To finish this review I recomend you find it on google.com as I cant fit any more into the review area.

Auto Body Shop - I took my car into the body shop through an insurance claim after an accident. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday afternoon, and they called the next day to say my car would be ready for pick-up on Monday. Then I got a phone call on Friday to say my car would be ready Tuesday. Then I got a call on Monday to say it'd be ready Wednesday or maybe Thursday. I didn't hear from them again until I called Wednesday afternoon and they said it was ready. I picked up my car, only to find that I didn't have any working headlights or front blinkers, AND I had a huge scrape/scratch on the front of my car. The complete opposite side of the car from my accident. They fixed the headlights while I waited, but I couldn't leave my car to fix the bumper right then, since I'd already returned my rental car. I told them I'd call the next morning to say if I was going to drop it off or not. On the way home, I realized one of my taillights was now out. The next morning, I called to tell them about the taillight, and to say that I would be dropping it off to fix the taillight and the bumper later that afternoon. The woman I spoke with said that would be fine. I showed up later that afternoon, and my taillight was fixed right then. When I said I was planning on also dropping it off for them to fix the bumper, the guy said that he'd try to have it fixed by the next afternoon (Friday), but he couldn't promise that. I asked about my new rental car, and he said that they wouldn't be covering a rental car. Even though my car was damaged in their possession, and they were just fixing their mistake. It didn't matter to him. And when I expressed to the guy that I didn't think that was right, he told me that I should've called that morning to tell him that I planned to drop it off. I told him I had called, and that he was unavailable, so I had to speak to someone else. And he said he just didn't get that message. Now, I can't get my car fixed because they won't provide a rental car while they fix what they broke.
