The chairs are so comfortable. The service wasn't as good and the popcorn wasn't really movie . So, I'm not sure about food. I didn't care for the popcorn. Sorry! I like buttery movie popcorn. We did love the ambiance and the cleanliness.

This theater is dirty and no one in the front of the house seems to care about that at all. Service was poor also - although that might be management's fault for not staffing appropriately. Our server said she was the only one today for 3 theaters, and even though it was a matinee, I presume she had upwards of 50 people to tend to. Food was good, albeit overpriced. Expected for a venue like this, but it's also ridiculous to order plain burgers for the same price of three fancy ones on the menu and then ALSO BE CHARGED FOR ONIONS!! Give me a break. I was excited to be there with my children, and was willing to pay for the overpriced food and tip well for GOOD service. The latter didn't happen, so I tipped appropriately. Kat can take that up with herself (who was very sweet but forgot to bring us ketchup, as promised & never checked on us or refilled our drinks until the bill was being paid), or with management who can't seem to get the appropriate amount of employees staffed for a day. The other colored hair, disheveled, apathetic, sweater wearing employee was also no help. Overall, this place is just a disappointed for anything more than a cheap, half clean matinee film (waters and popcorn only, next time).GM responded (see pic)- And to clarify, I put our card up to remind Kat of the ketchup- she never came. Then I put the card up to ask for drink refills, and Kat came, dropped off our check, and didn't address the card at all before she ran off, assuming too busy to address our request. Being these were the ONLY 2 times I put the card up outside of ordering our food, there's just no excuse. I'll revise my Google and Yelp reviews to include this info, seeing as your response indicates there might've been some kind of "customer error" in how the process works.

First time at this theater - love the ones in Austin. Very clean and the service was great! Food was tasty and the seats were comfortable, if a little close together. Really enjoyed my outing and will definitely be back!!

Loved the whole experience for the Rocky Horror Picture Show Movie Party! Seats are comfortable and ordering is easy. The drinks are amazing every time. Service is a touch slow but that is to be expected in a theater. Previews are always geared to the movie playing which is always fun too. One of my favorite places to go!

I've always liked Alamo but tonight I was turned off. And maybe for good. I walked in at 7:20 for a 7 pm movie. A movie which had sold no tickets. It was a Monday night. I knew I would miss the first 5 minutes but that was on me. They wouldn't let me buy a ticket. They cut me off like I was a drunk at the bar. Screw them. I'm done with Alamo. At least for a while. That's a stupid rule. Especially in this scenario. I would have spent $75-100 and they got nothing. So stupid.

Stopped by Wednesday night to see Wonka. Was seated by 7:00 for a 7:30 start. Waitress asked if we were ready to order told her we were waiting on my wife she said she would come back. Didn't get our popcorn till 7:53 our dr. Pepper came about 10 minutes later. The whole movie the service was bad and loud and busy. We've been to plenty of movies and this one e was the worse. Waitress was the worst ever. Don't know if we will ever go back.

Does it really need to be a refrigerator in the theatre!!! People bringing blankets? Take notice Management!!

This draft house was easy to get to from Victoria but I read reviews this part of town was shady but didn't see any signs of it. Upon entering I was grreted warmly and after using restroom I asked where my theater was and they pointed to my seat. As it was quite early I planned to order my food later around lunch time and told server this. Once movie started they never came to check on me! Plus the 2x I went to restroom they we're standing in the hallway watching movie which I felt was unprofessional. 2nd time I finally asked the guy watching movie who liked like kitchen staff if I could place an order and finally he sent the girl server. It was awkward truth be told. I liked the smaller intimate setting but think I'll stay w San Antonio Alamo next time!

This was the first time I was dissatisfied. Wrote my order on a white card and folded it up correctly blah blah. The card was taken this was still 10 minutes before the movie started, 4 drinks and a loaded fry. We never got our order nor a water. Not one to complain but come on, i went to alamo to eat and watch a movie. very unsatisfied.

Horrible!We live out of town and came in to watch The planet of the apes movie. Just to find out the air conditioner was out in the theater. We couldn't get a refund but we can get a ticket for another day. Super inconvenient especially when you live out of town.Not to mention it smelled like feet and was dirty!! The seats are also very uncomfortable. Will never come back to this place.
