Took 3 tried to eat here. First time the power was out. Second time they were closed due to a family issue I think. Finally got in... literally no one there but the waitress, cook and some guy I hope worked there cuz he kept going back to the kitchen. The patty melt was 5 star yummy. Hubbys burger was decent. Fries were soggy and gross. Even though no customers were there, the restaurant was filthy gross. Tables were uncleared and floor was so so nasty. The food was not good enough to warrant another try with how gross it was. But.... Try it out, you may have a different experience ‍

Frankie was the best server, very attentive and friendly! The food was outstanding, chicken fried chicken, fried okra, squash...all cooked perfectly. The friend okra was sooo good, not mushy or greasy, just right! Comfort food for sure. It was fun walking through the remodeled older home too, stepping back in time.

The most delicious food I've had in a while. Chicken fried pork chop, mac and cheese, and fried okra. Doesn't get any better than that. Brian, our server, was awesome.

The server was very friendly and eager to please and smiled the entire visit. The dining room was very roomy and was very clean and pleasant. I enjoyed the food too, it was very flavorful and comforting. I will visit again to try other menu options.

Food is atrocious, service is even worse and management is a joke. Only good thing about this place is the building is cool.

It took over a hour just to get our food. And the order was messed up. Instead of chicken fried steak I got chicken fried chicken. The napkins had what looked like mold but the waiter said they were CIGARETTE BURNS. The tables had food and liquid on them.

Been there three times first time not impressed. Second time the steak.and potato were delicious they forgot my salad. So they gave me a redo forgot salad again. I tried there burger for lunch was good needs a little improvement. But I will give them another try.

Great food great service make you feel like ur home and with a family always making sure you got what h need and great prices

They have bad service and they have rats in the back the cooks don't clean and don't us gloves and usually uses old food
