Great breakfast and service.Breakfast came with good homemade flour tortillas. Ordered the pork chop and barbacoa plates. Green and red salsas are killer: loads of flavor with the right amount of heat.Breakfast plates are served with beans and potatoes which are pretty tasty.

Starting with first takes ... the salsa is great. Cold iced tea is spot on. Recommend the flameado served with homemade tortillas. It's made with chorizo and (we think) bacon!!!! The best ever. Enchilada plates are solid. See pics. Guisada is excellent with the gravy having an almost smoky taste. They also season with more Guajillo chili's, which gives the main dishes a smoky taste instead of just only traditional red chili. Service is very good and attentive. Women's bathroom could use a wee bit of tlc. Overall the ambiance is your typical small-town TexMex restaurant with Mexican styled, well cared for booths and tables, good music, and clean. Color me Impressed!

After I visited a couple of sightseeing spots such as the Fannin monument, Presidio Bahia, etc, I was so hungry. I asked Yelp about local restaurants. I found it here. The Yelp reviews were not good. I didn't care because I was in a small city. I didn't have a lot of choices. When I saw the menu, I was surprised at the prices. It was cheaper than Houston. I ordered chicken tacos.When I put the chicken in my mouth, I thought it tasted like a Chinese stir-fried one. Did the cook learn the cooking method in a Chinese restaurant?The service was good. I saw a few customers. They could focus on me. Overall, It was a great restaurant and food. Gracious and Adios! Hasta Lavista Baby!

The service was better today. Ordered queso with the complimentary chips. That was good. Ordered half order of nachos. Omg the chips were rancid!! Disgusting!! I don't think they switch out the oil often because this as happened before. Disappointed. I sent then back and I was still charged for it. Mind you I took a bite of a nacho, complained and sent it back. I told the cashier I wasn't going to pay and she understood but she said she couldn't take it off the ticket without the manager but I could come back the next day for my refund. So frustrating!!!

Another great meal at Agave Jalisco! I had the Jalisco Burrito plate with ground beef and a refreshing frozen Margarita.

We really liked the food here. Fresh chips and salsa!! Service was subpar but the food was better than the place downtown. Bathrooms were icky. Parking sucks. But those beans!!!!

Our breakfast was good but the service was excellent. Our server, Tiana, was extraordinary. We loved her smile and sense of humor.

Best place in Goliad for Mexican food. Good service. Good food. Good price. Friendly staff.

Margaritas are delicious !! Waitress was Huney and she was GREAT big thumbs up to her , food was yummy !

waitress staff: Honey did an excellent all three times I have been there, called in twice. And did not remember the number on the menu, I described it to her , and she know what i wanted , Great job young lady , thank you for your excellent service.
