Underwhelming relative to their sales pitch, doesn't communicate well, not really friendly either. Late both days. Almost got a taste of him twisting things up to benefit him. I can't blame him for being a salesman as the proprietor, but it felt a little too car salesman for me. He seemed surprised that my mechanic actually works with me to save money on parts. Foreign concept.

Amazing service! Always prompt and get it right the first time. I have used Affordable A/C and Heating several time, and will not use anyone else. Very honest and of high integrity, and a local business.

I made a service call. They called and were very rude to tell me that technicians had come and gone and that I had not answered the door. They were ringing my neighbors doorbell. I have no idea why they didn't call while the technicians were still here to ask why I wasn't answering. Very unprofession
