Action RV Service

Rockport has a lot of RVs. With this beautiful town, who can blame all these Winter Texans who wanna come down to see the Rockport / Fulton area? They bring a lot of RVs. So this town doesn't exactly have a shortage of places who will fix their RV. However, there aren't any who are as good as Action RV! I brought in my trailer to have some maintenance done, and fix the brakes. They did a speedy job of pulling the trailer wheels apart, getting those axle bearings repacked, and got me back on the road in a short amount of time. Throughout the whole experience, the crew was friendly and communicated well. As it was getting worked on, I hung out in the parking lot with their dogs- they have a lot of them- one was named Bad MoFo. Don't mess with him. The interior of the store had a bunch of merchandise that looked like spare parts for the most part, in case something critical or important breaks, they have some on hand for a fast repair. If something breaks on your RV, I'd check these guys out. It seems that you can also rent things like trailers, scissor lifts, ditch witches, augers, etc. from these guys, but I didn't rent anything. In all, they got me in and outta there fast, for a fair price. I'll be back!

We've had to use them a couple of times for warranty work. They do their best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We lost our heater and they made time in their schedule, the day I called, to come look at our issue.I highly recommend them for service repair.

Skip them. IMHO Communication lacks, Skill lacks, Timeliness lacks. Oh and pricing is high. $115/hr for IMHO unskilled carpenter working on interior of our RV and did a crappy job. and mark up on parts is over and above a reasonable percentage. And they were going to charge us for material not used but I happened to see it so they issued a credit.Sad part is we used them for simple repairs in the past and it was all fine until we got to a large repair. Find some one else to do your RV repairs.

This company goes above and beyond! We were very impressed with their RV services. I would use them again. The last star will be added when communication improves. That is their only really issue. So you have to keep calling back. I have a feeling based on the other reviews, that they already know they have communication issues. But if you get to work with Jeannie she is awesome!

The service I received was great. I had to get a tank replaced. They came immediately and did initial response to prevent further damage. Then we scheduled the repair. It was a short run way for execution, but they did it. I was coming in to stay for the weekend, and they made it happen. Big thank you! Jeannie and Brittany were responsive and provided great customer service

Total lack of response! These people do NOT return calls! I tried to schedule a shower pan replacement, and was told I would be called back to schedule a repair tech. NEVER HAPPENED! I have followed up three times, and nothing! If I could give zero stars, I would!

We really really enjoyed Bruce! Very helpful very polite and thorough. Just want to thank everyone there for their concern. A lot of people lost their electricity and water during this time and yet we had problems with an inverter that made our problem particularly worrisome. Thanks to you all for your help. If we use anyone else it will be you guys!

We had a heat pump in our motor home go out. Called Action RV and they sent a tech out within a week. They ordered one Thursday before Christmas and had it delivered and installed the day after Christmas. WOW! I'd say that was pretty snappy service! I'd call them again.

This place (Jeannie) said they could help me get my R.V. airconditioner replaced. After several unanswered emails and calls not returned, I am looking for someone else to do the work. All Action RV Repair did was waste my time.

I used these ignorant people to fix my furnace and the guy switch parts on me. They will steal your newer parts for older parts they have. Don't trust them. Also our furnace is not fix and won't heat as it did before they messed with it. Worse of all we smell propane gas all the time! We wasted money we gave them and we don't want them around our rig anymore. We are contacting a private indepentent RV expert....and spending more money!Action RV is a joke.
