I've had ACRV out twice since I've been at Mustang Island State Park. 1st was to replace my AC motor. They came within 24 hours after I called, had the motor on the truck, installed it in under 30 minutes...how COOL :) is that? 2nd time was to repair damage to my tire well as a result of a blown tire. These guys did a fantastic job. They fabricated a new 'well' with aluminum sheeting, replaced some wood pieces that were damaged, caulked & sealed inside and out and applied flashing tape to the underneath to further waterproof it. I recommend ACRV 100%

ACRV is really top notch. Every time we have had a problem, they have been right out to fix it. Just today our bedroom AC went out. Within 2 hours, we were back up and running with a new AC. Highly recommend for any RV issues in the coastal area.

Best RV Mobile Service in the area. They wee on time and once problem was described they went right to the solution in about an hour. We will be repeat customers!

My AC was broken and they came out, helped me with the warranty paperwork needed by my manufacturer, and replaced the AC. Eddie the tech answered all my questions and even helped me with my fridge that didn't want to run on propane and explained how to get it to work. They were out a few days later working on my neighbors water heater and made a point to ask me how my AC was doing. Super reasonable price and minimal charge for the mobile service call. This is an excellent (and better, honestly) alternative to taking your rig in to the dealer. Great experience when I needed help. Highly recommend!!!

Had an inverter go out. Stopped by the shop, ordered a new one. Price was a bit more than Amazon, but I expect that from a repair shop., and he got me the part in under 24 hours... Jeff the repair guy called and set up a day to install. They called again to see if he could do it a day earlier! They picked up the part and installed it in the fading sunlight. At the end, I was holding a flashlight for them, but they wanted to get the job done. Would I call these guys again; hell yes. Would I recommend them, hell yes. When dealing with repairs You only get to chose 2 of the 3; quality, speed, price. These guys are fast, and good. I am completely happy.

Highly recommend Jeff and his crew. They are very prompt with appointments and professional at their job. They were able to diagnose my slide issue and fix them correctly. I will definitely be using them again for any repairs I may need in the future.

Jeff and his guys did a great job. He tried returning my call but I was having a nap. Because he was close he decided to just stop in as he thought we may just be outside. They found the problem with our rear slide very quickly, had the motor on hand and replaced it.Just like that we are good to go! Thanks guys for an amazing response time!

We called them for an issue with our trailer brake indicator from our truck and a broken toilet flange. We told them that we had already had a tech check the wires with a multimeter (cost only $75 with someone else) and that the truck was checked at the dealership and what we needed was someone to check our wires underneath for cringes and possibly replace our 7-point umbilical connection. They weren't willing to replace the umbilical cord, so proceeded to do a really costly multimeter check again ($160) and tell us to bring it into the shop: we don't have the luxury of another place to go so not an option. They did jack up all of the tires (without warning us to, I assume, check the brakes).No problem, but just warn us. But they set the tire back without the leveler and it put a stress on our stabilizers. They did fix the toilet flange (cost $120) and took all of 5 mins, but we get it. We thought we may have had a roof leak issue, so they spent 10 mins on the roof. And they sealed NOTHING as the owner said in the response (another $60) All in all I felt that they didn't hear me or want to fix the issues that we have been the most perplexed with and charges us $380. And we are all of 1.5 miles from their shop, so why charge the $10 fuel charge? I felt ripped off.

We had ACRV work on our 5th wheel twice. The 1st was with a leak under the a/c. Peter diagnosed and corrected the issue. No further problems. The 2nd was to have our wheel bearings checked and repacked. Jeff accomplished this in a professional manner. The pricing for both cases were very reasonable. I recommend ACRV for their great service.
