Ace Computer Service

On March 8, 2018, the screen on my Dell laptop stopped working. It just blanked out. This was my first time doing business with Ace Computer Service. I chose them because of their Internet reviews and because it was the closest laptop repair shop to my home.The counter representative talked to me about what could be the potential problem with the laptop and provided the range of possible costs associated with fixing it. He said it would take about four days to get to it and perform the diagnostic analysis.Three days later Ace Computer Service had my laptop working and ready. It turned out that the computer shop where I had purchased this Dell had assembled it incorrectly. Because the screen was improperly installed, the connector worked itself lose. Ace Computer Service properly installed the screen and did a full functions test of my laptop. It's working great.Everything about my transaction with Ace Computer Service was professional and positive. I will definitely use Ace Computer Service for any future repairs or service I need on my computers.

Fabulous! Got the computer fixed very quickly, everything works and even had the damaged repaired where the computer was dropped on the way to fixing it. Trustworthy and wonderful owner. So happy

Ace is by far the BEST computer/phone service company I have ever had the pleasure dealing with. They tell you straight up what they can fix & what they can't fix. Honest & reasonable costs (unlike gerks)! They are timely with a knowledgeable professional team of technicians! You will be glad if you have to use their services!

We were visiting from out of town and all of a sudden my IPhone would not hold a charge. After checking with our son. I did a Yelp search for an IPhone repair shop and based on reviews went to Ace Computer Service. Daryl gave my phone a quick cleaning of the charging port and put it on his charger and "Boom" it worked! After inspecting my charging cable and determining that it was a cheap knock off,Daryl directed me to a spot down the road where I could buy a real Apple charging cable! Great service for an out of town customer! Thanks Daryl!

I verified their hours here and on their website but they were closed when I went both times. I don't think this place is still in business.

I rarely give any business a good review, but I'm 100% satisfied with the laptop repair service that Ace promptly provided at a fair price.

I took my chances...and I regret it. I took my computer in on March 31 and they finally called me on April 6 that it was ready. They deleted Total AVfrom my computer ...said it was "broken", and that their protection was Poor 60% is what he said.I told him I read the reviews before I bought the fire wall and that the reviews were great ...to which his response was"they buy those reviews ". They installed Malwarebytes which is free and a ccleaner and updated my computer and ran a scan on it. They dusted my computer. Paid $150.00 ...Never again!!
