Academy Window Coverings

I decided to give this business another chanceafter i gave them a poor rating. Everyone; including a business can have a bad day. They installed hurricane screens on my home. They came through for me and made me a very satisfied customer.

If you get a quote from these people make sure to get a comparison bid!!! They were going to take me to the cleaners simple little job wanted to charge me almost triple to the next competitor maybe they just didn't want the job they should've said so!!

I called about needing some work done and while they could not help me they gave me the phone numbers of someone who could. Mrs. Valdez I believe that was this wonderful ladies name was so helpful. Its nice to know there are still companies who go out of there way to help you when they can't. I use to think that was a thing of the past nice to see some are still ready to help you out with a problem when they can't. So a big thumbs up to Academy Window.

They are happy to provide new equipment but not so happy to provide service of the equipment.....don't bother with phone calls as they never returned our calls and a visit to the shop only gets you a long list of people ahead of you....owner nearly refused to make an appointment....got put on the list for an appointment a month later but never got service or a call to cancel the appointment
