The plumber was very nice and he had to get quite a bit of grout off the porcelain and floor without damage to either one. Seems to have solved the problem of intermittent leaking underneath, and the job's guaranteed for a year. A little pricey, and it's based on a fee for service, rather than an hourly rate. May be 20% higher than the average going rate, but they do nice work, and they give a 10% veteran's discount.

We had a HUGE problem with our vacation home. Austin,Damon and Tammy were there for us each step. They contacted us in advance to inform us what they were onsite for and went out of their way to make us feel at ease. This is our GO TO plumbers in 78412 zip code. Wish they came all the way to 78133 for work! You will be very pleased with their service as well as their rates. 10 star review in my opinion.

Wow! What a great company! It was the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, and neither of our two toilets was working. We called A-Plumbing and they said they'd send someone right out. Damien and Gary arrived and diagnosed the problems immediately and in just one hour they had our toilets fixed and ready for family to arrive. Thank you A-Plumbing!

These guys put Roto rooter to shame ! Only place I trust anymore. Honesty Is very hard to find in the plumbing racket Anymore , these guys try very hard to make thing right !

Had these guy out today for small leak on water pex(red plastic) line T-junction. They wanted over $400 to replace a $20 T-connector??? I gave them $50 for the diagnostic fee and sent them on there way. It's amazing to me that companies like this try to charge people outrageous prices for something so simple. I can purchase the tools and parts for less than $70 and watch a Youtube video and do it myself! I was willing to pay $150 just so I didn't have to do it, but not "$400"! Even after the $50 diagnoptic fee, I can still purchase parts and tools and do the job myself and sill be under my $150 thinking!!! Got one more company coming out with free diagnostic look tomorrow we'll see if they're a reputable company.

I called A+ plumbing because I turn on my oven and it smells like gas. I just wanting them to come and inspect, but before I called them I called the appliance place and they suggested I call a plumber. A+ would not even come out to take a look I was brushed off. Of Course I should have listen to several of the homeowners who said they are the worst plumbing company in this area.

They responded to my call quickly and arrived at my home in less than one hour. Both technicians were wearing masks. The found the problem and cleared the sewer line in about 15 minutes. Very polite and professional. Pricing was very fair. Office staff I spoke with was also top notch. Highly recommend this company.

This company is horrible they charge ridiculous rates their service it's terrible I would never ever recommend them they were very unprofessional rude and I had to get another plumber to redo what they did and they wouldn't refund my money absolutely ridiculous shop somewhere else you'll pay less they sent apprentices to do the work a license plumber should do the office was rude when I called and it was a horrible experience they flooded my house and I'm still fixing the damages they are no good!!!!!

Wow this company is terrible first off they charge way to much n then send an apprentice to your house and flood it and we're very rude in the office and was not a pleasant experience and had to get the work redone because it wasn't done right the first time I would never recommend this company and I'd look elsewhere for good plumbers

Speaks for itself since I just received a response 2 years after the original post date. I had to have rework done and cost me additional money to have the work done correctly. Do not use this company unless you want to pay an outrageous amount of money and pay again to have the work done correctly - save yourself the trouble.
