Reviewing after one visit. Here's how I rate it:Customer service:The lady was very pleasant and refilled our coffee. I only knocked a star because I saw a fly and that really bugs me;)Food: good portions and priced reasonable. We all enjoyed our breakfast and will be back! See pics!

Food was served nice and hot. The Menudo was cooked to perfection (well seasoned). The barbacoa was also very good. It's so nice that these days you can find both menudo and barbacoa on the menu and not just on the weekends.

First time at 9-11 #2. Location changed and the yelp phone number is incorrect. I ordered a custom taco and the barbacoa taco to go. Both were really good but it did cost $13. I would go back again.

The food n wait staff r awesome n love the atmosphere also. Wish it was bigger as long wait time on the weekends.

the food was great. the french toast with fruit was awesome. the staff were on point. i recommended this wonderful place.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Staff is fantastic, very friendly unlike many other Mom-and-pop places in Brownsville. Everything on the menu is fantastic and authentic. Prices are unbelievably low. You will love this place! My wife and I like to eat here on Sundays. Only issue is parking but they have added new parking across the street.

Great food and good portions. Would definitely recommend this place and will be there again.

Food is good. Needs a little better service. Definitely could use more parking. Have a hard time communicating with waitresses because no one speaks English. She wrote down our order wrong and kept forgetting we said regular coffee not decaf. Oatmeal was good. Will probably come back for the oatmeal.

The food is delicious and quite affordable. Service is quick and with a smile. The building is a bit loud for me but that's on me. I highly recommend the 9-11 Cafe.
