I just recently move to this area, and was looking for a nail shop close to home. This place is beyond my expectation, wonderful customer service. Kim does great on my pedicure. I highly recommend getting your pedicure here.

This place has the potential to be an amazing nail salon. The man that did my pedicure did a really good job and, the use liners for the Tubs. Even with that said this place is not very clean. The other man that did my refill and shellac. Was very talented asked has a good hand and a good eye for detail. But, He used his own thumb nail to push back my cuitcl. He would also reuse Tools from his very dirty desk. On the plus side this place did not push to upsell for more expensive stuff. They simply offered what they had. I got refill, deluxe pedicure with shellac on both for $90. The had free refreshments and TV. The staff isn't very talkative or friendly. On the plus side my nails look amazing!

If I could, I would give this place no stars. I don't get my nails done often, but due to the fact that it was my birthday, I decided to. I walked in, and they weren't too busy, but there was enough employees for each customer. The man who I was lucky to get (not really), who was also the manager, was ruder than rude can be. I told him that I wanted SNS, which I have never gotten. He gave me a basket full of colors to choose from (over 150 colors) and he continuously asked me if I had picked a color. Makes no sense, right? Finally, I picked a color, that I wasn't even sure that I wanted. As he went through the process of SNS, I asked questions. I asked him, "are you going to leave my nails this thick?" He said in are very rude tone, "it's a process" and I replied "I wouldn't know, you aren't explaining anything to me and you are being very rude", he said nothing. He knew I was not happy with what he was doing to my nails. I grew my nails out, TWO MONTHS PRIOR to getting them done, they were long and thick. He completely filed the long length of my nails. Then he says something in his foreign language to two of his employees and both of the ladies immediately looked at me and started to laugh. After he put the clear coat on my nails, I noticed a part of my nails had an air bubble so I told him, his smart response was "wait till it dries, there isn't anything I can do". Finally, it was time to pay, I was furious and my face said it all. He had a smirk on his face and he had already walked away from the counter by the time I was finished signing my receipt. No "thank you", no "have a great night", NOTHING. I am not one to cause a scene, so after I left, I called and asked to speak to the manager, so someone handed him the phone. I explained to him I was not happy at all, he said "there is nothing I can do, goodbye". I will never go back to this place and I am actually traumatized to get my nails done, for a while. I have never been so disrespected, to my face, ever in my life and it was such a horrible experience.

My visit here was to accompany a friend that wanted to get a pedicure. As there was only one other customer getting a pedicure, most of the massage chairs were available. So that I could converse with my friend as she got her nails done, I asked to sit in the chair next to her. The employee granted me permission. I decided to turn on the massage function. After about 5 minutes, another male employee came from the back and told me to turn it off because that is only for customers. I explained to him that if another customer came and they needed the chair, that I would move (even though there are 4 other empty chairs). He did not care and told me again to turn it off, which I'd already done by that point. I understand that I am not actually a paying customer, but I was here accompanying one. And I could have possibly become a paying customer during our visit had I decided to get a service. However, after the way I was treated, of course I was not going to give them any business. That sort of treatment is rude and makes the other customers feel uncomfortable. I know it made me feel embarrassed.
