Went in with a friend to do some browsing for a friend's birthday gift. Selection was passable, and there were some cute quality items to be found. However, the items were significantly overpriced compared to similar items elsewhere, especially for a boutique shop in the middle of a bargain outlet strip. The staff was shockingly unwelcoming and snippy. Three times I was approached and asked if I was sure I didn't need help, and after the second time saying I'd just like to browse, I finally asked if they had gift certificates so I could just leave. Very conveniently located, but the vibe was off.

Needs better approach with your customer service when you assume someone is stealing. rude And unprofessional af!
