A darling little bakery nestled right off of Winslow! We got a Cheddar Chive Biscuit, Pain au Chocolat, mocha, and Latte. The pastries are HUGE. One was enough to fill us up for a few hours, almost like a meal.I really enjoyed the scone. The pain au chocolat was really tasty (how could it not be) but it was more bready than a typical croissant.Weirdly they were blasting Taylor Swifts whole discography there, not sure about that part of the vibe haha.Would recommend! I don't remember how much each part was but in total it was about $18 dollars.

Enjoy a taste of Paris The quaint Coquette Bake Shop is a hidden gem on Bainbridge Island. It's tucked away in the Winslow Green, which seemed like a local spot. The pastries are phenomenal. The coffee is great! The employees are friendly and helpful! What we tried:- Carrot cake: Contains walnuts , carrots, shredded carrots, raisins with a cream cheese frosting. Not too sweet.- Quiche: Ham, onions, roasted tomatoes, Flaky crust, Jarlsberg cheese- Lattes have wonderful latte art. Tastes just as good as it looks. This place offers many savory and sweet options. If you have a chance, sit outside at one of the tables outside.

It's a cute shop in a small mini-mall. We only tried a couple of cookies--and they grow 'em big here. They were surprisingly hard even though it was before noon but they strangely softened up later and were very nice. The macorons looked absolutely beautiful but we didn't try any.Good stuff.

Everybody loves this place on Bainbridge. Time it right and you won't have a line time it wrong and you'll have a line but it moves quickly and services with a smile. They had some gluten-free options not enough vegan options but you could probably get by. I wish they had a vegan soup. They had a chicken curry coconut soup that looked wonderful, but obviously not for me.

The chai was okay, but the pastries we got were so good. The cheesecake has a much thicker crust which I prefer and the flavors tasted like a crisp fall day. We also got the chocolate croissant and a blueberry muffin. All very good, and good value. Plentiful seating indoor and outdoor.

Since my group and I were arriving to Bainbridge Island early, we decided to look for some coffee and morning snack to take out. We found this small shop with good reviews for coffee and pastries and decided to check it out! It's located next to Teriyaki Town in Winslow Mall on Winslow Way E on Bainbridge Island. It's a small to-go stand that's not connected to a building. There were tables behind the shop for customers to sit and enjoy their pastries. My boyfriend and I shared a hot London Fog which was very nice in the cold morning. Can't go wrong with an earl grey tea with milk LOL. We also ordered a ham & cheese croissant and omg, it was delicious! The croissant was very fluffy and buttery. It definitely wasn't the traditional croissant with the crispy, flakiness, but I definitely enjoyed the fluffiness of it. Loved how they heated it up for us too! There were a lot of sweet pastry options compared to savory but since we weren't craving any sweets, the ham & cheese was enough for us.Great quick spot to stop at after exiting the ferry terminal! Can't say how their sweet pastries are but seems like a lot of people like them.

Decent coffee shop on Bainbridge island. I liked the quaint ambiance in here but it's definitely not the best coffee I've ever had. Iced mocha was too sweet and felt more like chocolate milk forward. Cold brew was alright. Service was quick though. If you're looking for a local coffee shop, it's a good option. They also sell some baked goods too!

Great stop for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up. The ham, cheddar, and chive quiche was just ok. The crust was dense and chewy and the quiche flavors unremarkable. Perhaps, the microwave warmup is responsible for the non-flaky crust. The palmier was sweet and yummy. It, too, suffered from denseness and was not the flaky, crispy bite one expects. It is puzzling why both items were so tough and chewy. The other pastries looked delicious and my guess is anything not microwaved fares better. We were glad for the respite and pleasant surroundings. However, we were disappointed in the averageness (if that is a word) of the quiche, palmier and coffee.

You had me at a treasured gathering/third place. With parking!! It can't be all things to all people. I for instance want lots of GF at my ideal bakery. But bakers don't much like GF baking, I fear. So, the usually fast service, wonderful interior, jovial owner, patio, available bathroom etc. are more than special, on this island.
