Service = great!Food = greatCoffee = great Prices = better than great I wish I had stopped in here sooner. It's in my neighborhood just in the opposite direction that I usually travel so I haven't tried it yet. I had a bagel sandwich that was actually cooked, a homemade muffin, and 24 ounce cappuccino and it was all delicious and less than $19!It's worth the short drive out of my way. Thank you for the great service!

Went here many times a few years ago when we lived nearby. It's been a while since we've been back, and we were really looking forward to it! Unfortunately, customer service has gone down the tank.What used to be friendly service has turned into cold, unwelcoming people who can't even muster a "hi" "how are you?" or "good morning" on a Sunday morning. Food was good. Prices have gone up (understandable), which is a shame because the customer service was so bad we probably won't ever come back. Really bummed about this y'all! Maybe pay your staff more so they can muster some sort of "hello" instead of "what do you want?" when they walk up to your car window.

Update On This BusinessThe reason I gave them 2 Stars is the fact a 5'2"-5'4" brown haired college girl cashier gave my 2 almond cookies to a complete stranger tall guy who is not a customer who did not buy anything and walked away with the cookie. Another incident was when people who work there don't call out people's name or tell the customer it's not their drink and others just grab other people's drink and they do it on purpose. So the lesson here is to watch the people who just grab other people's items and walk away.

My favorite morning coffee and bagel location. The cubano is my forever go-to, along with the Frankenstein bagel with bacon. Service is always great here. Staff is friendly and attentive. Cute little shop in the melrose district.

I always saw this place while driving around town and decided to visit! The people working there were so kind and didn't judge me for getting in line again after finishing my bagel lol. I love the outside seating because they got the misters going and I love the exterior of the shop! The pride flag really makes me feel welcome!As for food and drink, it was soooo good. Such a tasty breakfast, my mocha was sweet and creamy and delicious with my bagel sandwich. Will be coming here again, an Arizona gem for sure!

Ya know, I was a little skeptical at first, given how rough around the edges Copper Star looked in some of the photos online, but I'm VERY glad I gave it a shot.Not only were the coffee flavors unique and quite good, the staff was SO nice. They were really helpful, and even gave me and my girlfriend each a free food item with our purchases since we had never been before!I can't recommend Copper Star enough. Be sure to get a fun flavor in your drink. You won't regret it.

This place is awesome. I like how they kept the gas station looking. I loved their coffee and their bagels. I highly recommend getting the pastrami and rosemary bagels; you will be amazed. My favorite coffee from here is El Cubano. I get it iced with almond milk, which is delicious.

Really liked their vegan options for bagels. I had asked to get a bagel with tomato and mixed greens with a side of vegan cream cheese. I asked for it to be lighted toasted and it was delicious. I don't however like that the person assisting didn't seem to be as friendly when I asked questions about the items. I went through a drive through that was easy to place the orders but they don't give you an itemized version of your receipt to know what you paid for. I ordered a vanilla latte with oat milk and did enjoy the taste of this. I might try again and see how the service is this next time around.

I really wanted to love this place especially because I was told they had good bagels, and as an east coast transplant I miss easy to find great bagels. I ordered an everything bagel with egg and cheese, and a mocha latte. The bagel was just okay, egg was cooked well and cheese was nice and melted, but the bagel while not bad was a bit on the dryer side and overdone. Mocha tasted off - perhaps it was the milk, regardless it was not great. It was busy the day I went and they were very timely with orders, inside seating is limited but there is outside seating with misters. I wouldn't be against trying their coffee again but the bagel sandwich was not for me. I still recommend coming and trying it to see if your taste buds have a different opinion.

A wonderful little coffee shop in Phoenix. We came in and there was a decent line but it got even busier with the line out the door while we were eating. I tried an ice Cubano and oh man was it delicious!! My first time trying a Cubano coffee. Smooth with some sweetness. We also got bagels. The Frankenstein (jalapeno cheese everything) bagel with pesto cream cheese and tomato. It was so flavorful! The pesto was not overpowering which was nice.Staff is friendly and helpful. Cool spot that once used to be a mechanic shop, they also have a drive thru.
