We met an employee of this bakery at a local bar who welcome gifted us a loaf of their potato bread! And wow buddy was it a game changer! It tastes so fresh, pure, and healthy! You can tell there's no chemicals or preservatives. It is pillowy inside with a nice chewy crust and full of so much flavor. We are obsessed. Grabbed one of their savory danishes recently and loved it just as much! The danish had so many flaky layers and provided a perfect amount of sweetness to counter the tangy goat cheese and salty pesto and acidic tomatoes.

We were excited to finally visit! There is nowhere to sit inside hut the courtyard has spots in the sun or shade to sit and enjoy if you don't mind not having tables. We ordered a chicken pot pie, and lemon bar with jam and glaze, and a chocolate chip cookie. The pot pie was a home run with its flaky crust and creamy filling. The ratio of chocolate chips in the cookie was perfect for a chocolate lover! I wouldn't order the lemon glaze dessert again because it was a bit dry and too sweet. There are many coffee shops in a small radius of Edmonds but this spot offers delicious food on a nice day!

My husband and I stopped in and got three baked goods: a coconut macaroon, a piece chocolate cake, and a Lamington (chocolate, raspberry, coconut cake.). Everything was so delicious. I have to say the coconut macaroon may be the best I've ever had - toasted and crisp on the outside, and so moist and tasty on the inside. Also the chef and woman behind the counter were lovely- friendly and jovial. Love everything about this place. I'll be back.

Tried again. A little bigger selection this time. Everything was ok. Had a breakfast sandwich. The quality of the ingredients were great but was pretty dry. No sauce or anything. Not welcoming. Still no place to sit so just not a fun place to go and service was not with a smile this time. An older grumpy lady didn't seem to be enjoying her job. Only drip coffee.

I have barely been able to contain my excitement at having a new bakery nearby and have since visited twice. Unfortunately the chocolate croissant and the plain croissant have been major disappointments. Very heavy, hard, and dense. I will give it another go after they have a chance to work through their growing pains.

I've been here twice over the past few weeks. The desserts are consistently good and the staff is friendly and helpful. I've had the chicken club and the veggie wrap, my husband enjoys the savory hot pies. It's very good and super affordable! It's clean and very modern inside. I honestly recommend this place for a quick bite or fresh bread or pastries. It's cool to see this in Edmonds and I hope they continue to do well and find their audience out here.

Some of the pastries are great, and others are mediocre at best. The pricing is a bit steep and maybe inaccurate based on labels and what I was charged. Since this bakery is new I really hope they improve quality and portions for some of the pastries. I'll come back in a month and update my review.

I was very thrilled to hear about this indie bakeshop in downtown Edmonds, as an assistant pastry chef in a former life. First visit was to locate it. Second visit was on their opening day, only got a $6 baguette (which other Yelpers state is now $9!). The baguette was more ficelle sized, soft crumb, no tang. Third visit this afternoon (3/2/24), I was hoping to check out additional baked goods, especially danishes, only to find out they closed at 230pm, not 4pm. Hopefully being optimistic that meant, sold out of product. Still a bit disappointing at 240pm and a wasted drive further north. But with others posting after me and The College Friend's recent honest assessment of her purchase of their heavy, underbaked interior croissant from the assortment of pastries she did buy...I sure hope there will be some improvement and consistency in the near future. Fingers crossed.Dropping from 4 stars to 3 stars though.

The baked goods weren't very good. My son had a chocolate croissant and it was a bit dry. I had a blueberry muffin and I could taste the baking soda in it. We were disappointed because we really wanted to love it. The employees were kind and helpful.

I was really looking forward to this bakery opening. Selection was limited the first time I was there. Second time got a cheese danish and it tasted like they got the sugar and salt mixed up. Nothing there for me to want to go back. Disappointed as Edmonds needs a good bakery.
