Too bad the Food ( which is the most important part) did not match up to the ambiance and service.Unfortunately, the chicken added to the Caesar Salad lacked any and all flavor, not even salt & pepper. While the Gnocchi was extremely rich the "Homemade" Italian sausage was at best store bought generic sausage and the gnocchi were gummy and gritty. Not to mention, how do you serve a dish like this and not even offer a piece of crusty bread for the sauce? For the prices charged, I expect more. But I'm sure it was important to have cloth hand towels in the bathrooms.

I don't understand the 1 or 2 stars for this restaurant. This place is legit good! Wow! Let's start with the view. You can't beat it. The building wall is floor to ceiling glass so you have views of the ocean and Mt. Rainer. With a view this good, you wonder how good the food would be. As it turned it, the food is amazingly delicious. The charcuterie board looks and tastes good. But I'm really impressed with their halibut and ribeye steak. I think it's an Italian restaurant so they always reduced it with bringers or something. I like my steak simple, but in this case, it was excellent. The quality of meat is very high and the way they cooked it was simply perfect. The marbling enhanced the taste, but the burnt fat added do much for flavor with each bite. Oh, the arugula salad was delicious. There were so many fresh fruits in there. Yummy. The desserts were excellent as well. The service here was excellent. I only have high praises for this restaurant. There's green light options if you follow the Thinsulin Program. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely come back!

Fantastic ambience. Cool modern decor. Nice flat screen TVs for those who'd rather watch sports than the gorgeous seascapes. We were there for the weekend brunch. Good food although we both just had the Avocado Toast with arugula. It was delicious. You can add eggs for an extra $3. Great service. Coffee was substandard. They can do better here for sure.Shout out to the valets. Very polite. Offered to bring up my car which we declined. Refused my offer to send them a tip via Venmo (as who carries cash these days). Restaurant diners receive complementary valet parking. I'd definitely come back!

I want whoever is reading this review to lean in close.... Copper and Salt will be my new FAVORITE date night spot! The decor was modern, minimal, and chic! Very classy and ran well. Our waitress Sabrina was awesome. She gave us her top picks on the menu and she was correct. Appetizer- Grilled Octopus with cannellini beans was superb! The seasoning Sunday dinner in the south seasoned! We also had the Caesar salad and the dressing was a perfect balance of cheese and croutons.Main Course- Duck Ragu had a beautiful rich smoky flavor. Pasta was smooth and delicious! Spaghetti was soulful and filling! The noodles were prepared to order and were perfectly al dente. And fresh mozzarella was added and folded and melted into the pasta. Baby nothing needed to be added to this dish well except a second helping! lol Dessert- I almost want to make another reservation for tonight! Zeppole these are a cross between a doughnut and a beignet covered in cinnamon and sugar. This dessert was surrounded with a semi sweet berry compote with house made whipped cream with crushed almonds. Drinks- Ruston Revival was smooth and it sneaks up on you... I love when a drink sneaks up on you and you end up tipsy! And I had a classic Cosmopolitan! If you know you know a good Cosmo! This was perfection! And to top it off you get FREEEEE valet parking

A very nice venue with a beautiful view. Valet parking that's free with validation in the restaurant which is nice.We had a reservation, were seated right away at a table right by the window. I had gotten an email this morning that their cook top wasn't working so there would be no pancakes or french toast on the brunch menu. While I appreciated the notification, we thought that with all those items gone, which are half the menu, that they'd offer more lunch items. They didn't and the selection was pretty limited.I ordered scrambled eggs, asked for them scrambled well because I don't like runny eggs, they were not. The bacon was under cooked. My friend ordered eggs benedict which she said obviously had been sitting on the pick up window too long and were just luke warm. We would have sent both back but didn't see the server to do just that.We might go back and try lunch just to see if this was a one-off and they are actually better but thinking this might be a better happy hour place than a full meal place.

I've been here a handful of times and it's just never consistent. The prices drastically changed almost overnight for their brunch mimosa specials from when we first started coming here. Then another time we were waiting for SO long in a huge line at the hostess desk and no one ever came by to even check in on the line for at least 20 minutes. This is most likely a staffing issue. Inconsistent service / food - usually always means they don't have enough people working. So it boils down to why aren't people working there? Poor management? Overloading employees? Not paying them enough? They need to figure it out. The place gets busy because it's a hotel and it's got a great view of the water, but I won't return again. We left the last time we came here and went to the pizza restaurant next door and ended up having an amazing experience over there in comparison.

Came here for brunch on Saturday - got reservations via Opentable (group of 3 adults, 1 kid, and 1 baby in a high chair - open table allows reservations of up to 4). We were seated at the window and had no issue getting baby a seat between 2 chairs (also would've had space for a kiddo at the end of the table without blocking the walkway). Great hostess helped us get our valet parking validated before we were seated and made sure to get the kiddos supplied with crayons and a paper to color on. Food was a little bit of a letdown for brunch - we had checked out the menu before and called ahead to see what the kids menu would be, but unfortunately the person did not quote us the kids brunch menu so we made it work with some cereal (kids preference - the options were Cinnamon Toast Crunch, fruit loops, and plain cherrios) and mixed berries. I ordered a meatball sandwich (on focaccia with shoestring fries), my husband ordered the Kobe burger, and the birthday MIL ordered a meatball sandwich. Baby shared meatballs (ate most of my sandwich filling) and some berries and fries. It was ok, but we thought their other menu (dinner) would've been more appealing for the birthday. Great views, good service, and easy spot. Made it outside to the play area with the kids for a few minutes before food came! Loved our table spot and the 7year old wants to stay at Silver Cloud Hotel sometime too!

The restaurant is Located at the silver cloud inn and hotel. The service was exceptional from the start. The courtyard is spotless and the valet greeted us right away. The valet answered all of our questions and accommodated all of our needs. They prefer you be a guest, or dining at the restaurant to take advantage of the free valet, so keep this in mind when parking. The host (who may have been the manager) greeted me right away and again accommodated all of my requests. There are huge booths (my favorite) and the bar stools are well cushioned with backs. The location is breathtaking. Pretty much the entire bar and dining room overlooks the water, not to mention the patio with fire pits and heaters. The decor is fabulous and you can tell this place values cleanliness.I got the side Caesar, it was perfection. I didn't try the croutons but something tells me they would have been fire! They have espresso even decaf and alternative milk for the non dairy drinkers like me. My latte was perfect.I ordered the spaghetti with a meatball and it was super yummy. I wish I could have stayed to try more and I bet everything else is just as delicious.

Very disappointing- this is the absolute most gorgeous place. The food was mostly awful. And there was a lot of food we ordered- no one was happy. Just no depth of flavors no seasoning. Really too bad because so much potential if food was better.

Food was not good at all, I mean for the price I expected something decent. Service and view was good, I'll give them that. You're paying for over priced, bland, frozen food. The valet service was terrible, we stood there for about 5 minutes beforeBeing acknowledged by the vale staff who would greet people coming in, it was a little surprising. We won't eat here again.
