Conway Pub and Eatery

Was told to go here. The gentleman was nice when we walked in and we could sit anywhere. Then the problems start, we waited about 20 minutes then went up and grabbed the menu from the bar, about 40 minutes in the waitress came up and asked us for our drinks and we ordered at the same time 2 cheeseburgers.... Another 40 minutes still no food! A very large table that came in after us ordered after us got their food! Finally after an hour and 40 minutes we just left! Had high hopes because the person who told us to go here raved about how incredible it was. Never ever again terrible service with very little care

We were so hungry after spending the entire day in traffic trying to see the tulip fields. This was the only place nearby that was still open. When we got there around 7pm, they told us food would be late since there was only one cook available. They said it would take an hour, but we did order and got some mozzarella squares in about a half hour. My friends ordered taco salads and I ordered a chicken burger with curly fries. It took about another 30 minutes after getting the appetizer to get our meals. The chicken burger was tasty, but they gave me just a small amount of the wrong fries and no one ever came back to check how our meals were until an hour later! It was fairly loud and cold outside, but I did like that you could sit outside when the weather is good. Not sure if I would go here again, but maybe if they had more workers the service would be quicker.

2 stars because the beer was good. This place needs cleaned and cleaned again! Chairs and tables are dirty. The outdoor area smelled. The door to the rest is so filthy you don't touch it.The food is ok, but it's had to eat with all the uncleanness on everything!

The covered outdoor dining area offers extra space in decent weather. It's a bit rustic with dirt floors but the table and chairs were adequate. It was packed when we were there but we didn't have to wait for a table. Service was a little slow under the circumstances but the food was good so we didn't mind.

I went in for some fried oysters in the middle of the afternoon and was the only one in there at that time. It took the server a while to bring me a menu because she was so busy talking to another server. I ordered the oyster basket and had a bit of a wait but not a big deal. After she brought the oyster basket I had to ask for utensils and a napkin. The oysters looked like larger oysters had been cut into smaller pieces, breaded and fried. They were about the size of half my little finger. They were such little pieces that I couldn't even taste the oysters just the breading. The Cole slaw was pretty sad too. But, the silver lining was the fries, they were awesome! Today I looked at my credit card statement and to top it off the tip I left was changed to more money than I had given. So if you want to pay $24 for a good basket of fries and have your bill added to then this is your place. I gave the place one star because the fries were so good. I've been to the Conway many times before but that was the last.

I use to like coming here but the service the last few times has been terrible. It use to be a great place to enjoy good food and great service. Not anymore. 30 minute wait for someone to take our order, we finally gave up and walker out. Very unorganized, several groups complained. It wasn't even busy. They didn't seem to be able to get the orders correct or have any idea what was going on.

Such a wonderful environment! Staff was incredibly kind and food was incredibly well made.

Food is excellent, always have the the Honey Cheddar Chicken burger. Anna is an amazing server!!!

Fun, good food and great staff! We stopped at the pub late on Friday night in the middle of a 24-hour bike ride. They graciously made us food after the kitchen was likely closed. The place was super lively and I wanted to stay and party I will definitely visit the Conway pub when I'm over that way again!

My husband and I have frequented the Pub many times. However, on April 10, the service, food etc. was a complete disaster.The lone waitress had no idea what she was doing. It took 15 minutes to just get a menu and one hour-15 min. to get the food.My husband went up to the counter to pay the bill and was given the wrong bill. He pointed this out and was then given our bill.The next day I checked our bank credit card and saw we were charged for both bills.We called and talked to the manager/owner? the next day and was told he would put a credit in immediately. Now, 5 days later no credit has arrived and after 4 tries today, no one is answering the phone.
