Super over priced market that advertises coffee and food items ( tuna melt, nachos, hot dogs) moved to the area and had a really nice experience last night. We tipped the guy on our groceries hoping this could be our new local spot for items and dinner. He made it sound like they are open until 9 and serving these items. I see on here it lists until 6 which is more accurate. I work 11-7 and at 8:25 look forward to stopping in on the way home for a tuna melt and cider. Instead I was given a rude response that " we don't serve food after 6 pm." Super frustrating one employee said completely different the night before. I'll just go out of my way to go anywhere else that isn't insanely overpriced.

I've scooted by here many times and this morning finally stopped in. The store was clean and very posh but I didn't really feel welcome as the clerk clearly made eye contact and I said good morning but she didn't reply and just looked down. I chalked it up to maybe being early morning and upset she's working Memorial Day. I came back this afternoon as the hotdogs in the pictures did look good and being that it's an American holiday I thought I'd have some American food. My experience was very similar to this morning, just felt unwelcome and like the staff spoke as minimal as possible and this time it was two completely different guys. I even thanked him after receiving my Seattle dog and the guy didn't even reply? I'm not sure if the staff here is just upset they are working on a holiday or just hate there jobs but I def wouldn't recommend this place for it's ambiance and that being said the hotdog was sub par. I can literally list at least 3 other places with better hotdogs in a 2 mile radius of this place. Needless to say probably my first and last visits were today, hopefully your experience is has better customer service.

I like this store. It is very clean and cute decorated. There are some tables to drink draft beer and more choice from refrigerator. So cool !

Park in Pioneer Square and walk on over to happy hour. Cute patio seating or you can sit at the bar.

We stumbled upon this place last year on a road trip, fell in love with it! Great place for a quick drink (or beer), snack and hang. Really great options and great prices!! Very close to the stadiums, walking distance. We came back for a game and remembered how much we loved it here so we came an hour early before the game to hang out again. Wonderful selection of beer, wine, snacks etc

New Employee OrientationSection 1: How to Treat Customers Like TrashI read a 1 star review from Dec 11, 2015 and it's the same story repeating itself in 2024. Different year, different customer, same outcome. Manager's response to the 2015 review was just lip service. This store is someone's hobby, not a place where their lively hood depended on it. Major sus vibes. If you need grab & go food before hopping on a train or need a snack before heading to Lumen Field or T-Mobile Park you're better off going to Uwajimaya via the Weller Street Pedestrian Bridge.

Customer service is terrible. This business is slow and will probably shutter. I came in for a hot dog and was ushered over to premade salads etc. no I don't want that I want a hot dog. I was an annoyance to her when the chalkboard outside said "come in and try our hotdogs!" I won't be back. And that pains me because I love to support my neighborhood in pioneer square.

Mediocre overpriced bourgeois trap. Stop in if you're desperate. Most things are 1.5 to 2 times the cost. That's a lot to pay for nothing special. Better off going to Saveway two blocks north.

The most overpriced store in Seattle. Cream cheese that is regularly $3-3.50 is $8. A frozen cauliflower pizza that is regularly priced at $9 is $19! And Im used to shopping at PCC and they are expensive! I am floored at how they mark up all their food. If a small grocery opens in the area, they are shut down within a year. Great selection of stuff but my god, who do they think they are!
