The ambiance is great with lots of natural lighting. Depending on the day and time it could be quite busy. However, there's always people coming and going so by the time I finished ordering there were some seats opening up for my family of 4. I couldn't have asked for a better experience as it was my first time there. The staff greeted us with smiles and chatted a bit with us as we weren't familiar with their menu options. Their strawberry matcha is a 1000/10. It was so good that we ended up coming back the next day to order more!For those with kids: there are clean high chairs available. However, there are no changing tables but the restroom has a large counter space for you to quickly change your little one. Highly recommend this place :)

I came in hoping for a quiet coffee shop but this place is pretty busy. The menu is fairly limited but I was able to get a chai tea latte and a cherry danish. The latte was a bit on the weak side but the danish was lovely. The space has tables and different conversation sections with power to some tables for laptop warriors like me. The shop can fit under "quaint", "modern", and minimalistic. You bus your own table, I didn't see any napkins anywhere, and whatever conversation you have will be shared with the table next to you as I listened to two ladies hash it out over what they didn't like about the people they were dating.

Once again had to check in on y'all. Make sure you weren't lackin out here in grit city. Yes sir, this is one of the finest establishments in this town. 5 stars.

We went on a sunday and so glad we were able to find a spot. When we first walked in, they have an amazing vibe. The lady who took our order was super sweet to me, she showered me with compliments. She had the greatest smile and she had a good vibe. I got matcha strawberry and a Cuban sandwich. My husband got an Americano. I just want to say this is my new favorite coffee place in Tacoma. Mine did not taste too sweet which is why I like it a lot. I tried a lot of places that make Matcha Strawberry, they did not taste good or pair well together. This place was able to balance out the strawberry and matcha. I really enjoyed it. The Cuban sandwich were so good too, I wish it's a little bit bigger. I will definitely come back if I am near this area and I highly recommend this place to all my friends and my fellow yelpers.

Awesome coffee shop in Tacoma! The atmosphere and decor is great. I had a strawberry matcha with house made strawberry syrup which was delicious! They also serve delicious pastries and sandwiches. I recommend this place and will be back.

My sister-in-law and I stopped in here on our way to brunch. I loved seeing natural syrup options! I ordered the midnight crush and it is by far my favorite latte now! Perfect balance of flavor and coffee. I wish we had more time to sit and take in the scenery of the shop, but that just means we'll have to come back another time the baristas were very friendly and we received our drinks quickly too.

The people that work there are so nice. It's such a cozy atmosphere! Can get super busy at times tho. I love the white mocha and decided to try the cardigan drink. The cardigan has Black Sea salt I think and it wasn't my fave but I love the white mocha

I think this may be one of the best, sit down, coffee shops I've ever been to. Definitely have the fanciest glassware!20/10 would recommend. My only complaint was I wish the hot beverages were hotter. Service was delightful! Coffee drinks were all so freaking delicious. The Dudes donuts were amazing and I typically hate cake donuts. Peppermint Patty donut was OMG. Breakfast sandwich was very very enjoyable. Decor is so cute! This place is a vibe. Go and support this new local coffee shop!

I am so excited I get to add this coffee shop to my list of my Top favorite coffee spots! I came here recently for the first time and fell in love with this cute, welcoming place. My tea was delicious, my pastry was perfect and the ambience was so nice! What a peaceful place to come. Plan to bring a few more friends to this location for some coffee dates. Also the customer service was great as well.

Love Common Ground coffee! I always get one of their specialty drinks and have never been disappointed Their sandwiches and pastries are delicious as well.Inside is clean and employees are super helpful and friendly
