I normally don't eat at the casino but was able to use rewards. I have to say this pho was the worst that I've ever had. No flavor, the meat was so chewy and gross. Onions were way too big, and whatever meatball they had in there was awful. The service was fast but not pleasant. Tables were dirty, food in the ground and overall gross. I don't reccomend eating here...

Zen Noodle @ Hollywood Casino Columbus is starting to find a place in my stomach after a late Sunday afternoon of slots play. Pros - fresh made to order food. They have many different Asian options from noodle soups to classic America Chinese main stays. Noodle soup bowls are large. I've tried the Hong Kong Noodles and I was both impressed with its taste but also found it to be a little ramens noodleish. Egg Rolls are very large for the price almost a meal themselves. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Cons - located inside the casino. (Wishes they had DoorDash or an entirely different entrance) You feel like your eating at a food court in a casino, which you are, but with the amount of money casinos make, I'd think they could invest to make the place feel more noodle bar like.

Stopped by for their curry noodles. Temporarily closed. Dropped by 10/28 for food, they are moving across the floor. Dirty franks is opening where they were. No timeline listed anywhere for reopening.

I like that this place isn't dishing out the same cookie-cutter Asian dishes that so many Chinese box store restaurants do. For me, they do tend to be heavy on the oil in their stir fries. The egg rolls have this allspice flavor in the background that make them unique - but it's what I don't like about them. It can feel slow - but I can't say I've seen them standing around... It just takes time to cook fresh food that isnt pre-made. The dishes I especially like are their Hong Kong Wonton soup (lots of delicious wonton, noodles and broth), Chinese broccoli w/ chicken (don't be afraid to try the Chinese broccoli - loaded with great vitamins for you), and Honey walnut shrimp. Portions are filling without being too much, and you get what you pay for.

Ordered the General Tsos chicken, they ran out of fried rice so had to have white. The food is definitely overpriced but is expected since it's in the casino. Overall I loved the chicken, you could tell it was made with quality all white meat, sauce was fresh and spicey, breading was medium thickness and stayed crispy. Not a great value but one of the better quality options in a city that lacks good chinese food.

I might be what some people consider a balla when it comes to gambling and I've been VIP at the casino since it opened. Being VIP has its perks, like cutting in front of line from the "regular" people at the chips cashout and buffet line and getting a decent amount of gambling and food comps every month.Zen is probably the best bang for your buck when it comes to redeeming food comps. They do not skimp on portion size when it comes to their noodle dishes and everything is made to order. The meat and veggies are always fresh here and they take their time to stir fry so each dishes so you can taste the wok flavor. This isn't the same type of food you get from your standard hole in the wall chinese takeout place. Most of the time I get my order within 10 minutes but if you go late night on a holiday weekend, expect an hour wait. I always leave a tip because they work non - stop most of the time since they take their time cooking each dish. Here are my go to dishes (all noodles):- Singapore noodles - they actually put chinese sausage in it- Hong Kong Wonton Soup - Great broth and shrimp/pork wontons are legit- Cantonese Beef Stew - rich beef broth with fatty beef tendons with always fresh choy sum- Beef He Fun - one of my favorite noodle dishes with big flat rice noodles and beef, you will be full after eating this.- Lomein - Lomein sauce is very good and not as greasy than most places.Their pho is disappointing because I think it's very bland. They cater to a lot of south east asians so they have put that on the menu. I can say I had everything on the menu with the amount of comps I get and each dishes is usually around 10 to 15 bucks. That is actually a decent price if you compare it to las vegas pricing, portion size, and being inside a casino.

Food is 3 star. Anything at the casino is a rip-off price wise. I'm taking off a star for service. I've been here 6 or 7 times now. They are sooooo slow. No sense of urgency with the people working the register or the cooks. They wake around like they are half asleep. They really need to step up the service. Waiting 25 minutes for fast food Chinese is unacceptable.

I have no problem driving across town to get the XO Fried Rice with Chinese Sausage. (Even if I'm not going to gamble.) The chefs are always working, and take the time to make a great product. I'd never had Chinese sausage in a fried rice before and it is amazing. Have spoke to many people who rave about other dishes, too. Odd location for a great Chinese restaurant, but sooooooo good.
