Yummy House

Really good sushi for the price and we love their egg rolls. The staff is friendly and service is fast.

I try not to review take out restaurants but I had a very good experience at Yummy House I wanted to share. My granddaughter was visiting and asked for PadThai but doesn't like it spicy. We requested it that way and she loved it. I ordered General Tso's chicken and it was very tasty and prepared perfectly. Large portions and fair prices. Definitely will return.

New Chinese restaurant that just opened. The girl that waited on me, although busy, was very friendly and upbeat The food... It's not the best I've had but not the worst either. Everything had a really good flavor, but the general tso had no spice to it and was overcooked to the point that it was really tough to chew. The crab Rangoon and egg roll were both slightly warm, not hot or fresh (kind of like they have been kept in a warmer) the hot sour soup was the best thing I had in my entire order. The portions are pretty generous, and the price is average (this order with a soda was about $25) it was a little longer of a wait than I would have liked for the quality of food that I recieved but if it would have been hot and fresh and not tough with a little more spice that I expect with general tso i wouldn't have minded the wait and my overall review would have been at 4 stars.Remembering they are new and just opened, I think they just need time to figure things out and have the potential to be a lot better once they do. I will give them some time and try again.

I've tried this place couple of times and fair to say they have good flavors and customer service! Instead of general tso's get the bourbon chicken. Instead of the Lo Mein, get their Pad Thai. Sushi specialty rolls are the best in the Lancaster area in my opinion. Their dinner bento boxes and lunch deals cannot be beat. My husband liked their orange chicken too.

The other review was pretty accurate General Tsos was a little tough, little flavor, also, sauce was thin and not much of it. Typical frozen egg roll way too much celery in the kung pao chicken. Also very little flavor. The lo mein was acceptable. Hopefully they will get better as time goes by

Tried this little place. No atmosphere but, i've had great meals in just such places. Unfortunately, not here. Had an eggroll - super dry, tasteless. Tried wonton soup - dishwater and rubbery noodles, yuck. Tried the General Tso's and was super disappointed. Chicken was overcooked, breading actually looked almost burnt, sauce was way thick and had an unpleasant metallic taste. Awful, won't be back.
