Yats food truck

Saw the YATS food truck at the Olde Towne East Market & Arts wWalk and had to run over and get some lunch. I went with the Drunken Chicken ($9) which is a shredded chicken, crushed red pepper flakes, olive oil, garlic, beer, and bread crumbs over rice in a bowl. It was so good and packed with flavor. Halfway through I added a pack of Cholula hot sauce for that extra kick.I loved the garlic bread side that came with it!The meal was that good that I am definitely going to have to go to Grandview (or stalk the truck) to try some other dishes! Be kind, and don't skip the tip!

Saw that this food truck was in the area and have wanted to check them out. Met the owner Jason. He opened the truck in December as an addition to the restaurant. I decided to order the 1/2 and 1/2. As it states you can order two halves of any dish. I elected to get the Red Beans and Smoked Sausage and also the Chicken Maque Chou. The Red Beans and Sausage had some nice lighter sliced sausage in it with some great red beans cooked with a number of spices in it, so tasty. Yummm!!! The Chicken Maque Chou had small pieces of chicken,corn with a nice creamy sauce that is off the chart. Then there was the bread. OMG!!!! Super fresh grilled bread that had a nice buttery flavor. I would go back just for it. Delicious. Everyone needs to check it out, it's a non miss opportunity for great food.

Be careful - I used a Grubhub gift card and bought food with my credit card to order local mexican food - I live southeast of Columbus yesterday - today I get another $28.00 charge on my credit card for DoorDash-Yats!! Evidently, Grubhub is getting something for charging for food allegedly ordered from this place I've never heard of! I just got off the phone with DoorDash who said they would be crediting my account - How did Yats get my credit card information to make this charge!! This is why I used a gift card from Grubhub because when I was paying monthly - this was a regular occurrence - so WATCH your Grubhub account! I will never have another one!!

Food was great, prices were fair, service was fast, and the employees were friendly. No complaints here! Would definitely come back.
