Smaller brick & mortar restaurant. I cannot name a bad entree. I always do a Trio app. Don't go weekday lunchtime there will be a crowd. Not because of any fault of the restaurant, they get packed.

For the past 20 years, anytime I get a cold, I pick up Yanni's chicken lemon soup. We call it "Medicinal Soup" at my house. What they are serving now is NOT Chicken Lemon Soup! This thin, over-seasoned soup is not even close to the previous recipe. My husband got a gyro and the sauce was watery and the pita was soggy. The meat just didn't have much flavor. This is not the Yanni's menu we have raved about to all our friends. We are now on a quest to find a new Greek restaurant.

A local friend of mine recommended this lovely restaurant and it was absolutely worth the hype. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by servers whose warmth and friendliness set the tone for the meal. Our server, who was second-generation Greek, patiently walked us through the menu, offering insights into the history behind each dish. The fries were delightfully crispy, the spinach pie bursting with flavor, and the gyro platter a savory delight. Moreover, the ambiance of the restaurant was excellent. The exquisite woodwork on the counters transported us to a traditional Greek taverna, enhancing the overall dining experience. To cap off our meal, we ordered the chocolate baklava, a perfect end to the meal. Our server even shared captivating tales of Greece's history through the service.

Food is beyond amazing and tastes! Staff are so friendly. You can ask for anything and they are shy to ask you for extra charges! The new Manager "Joe" is so friendly and he will walk to your table and check to see if you need any extra stuff! Shout out to Joe! The restaurant is clean and cozy! I would definitely visit again when I am in Ohio.

Sooo good! I was recommended this place by multiple people so when we moved close by I figured I would give it a try! I got a Greek sub and my husband got a cheeseburger. As well as a spanakopita! The total was $24 and they were generous portions. Everything was so delicious! We will definitely be back. I plan to bring my parents next time they are in town too. I placed a Togo order in store, they were super quick and friendly. I think I was there for about 10 minutes. The restaurant has so many beautiful details! The paintings on the walls look hand painted and very beautiful! Definitely family owned business vibes! Everyone was so friendly and they seemed to get along well!

A big part of my five stars comes down to the service. Our server could tell I knew a bit about the Greek world from how I ordered, and then we were off to the races. He gave us recommendations, he taught us a bit of Greek, he told us about where his ancestors had lived in Anatolia, and he invited us to the Greek festival. I don't often rate a restaurant highly because of the service, but this service was incredibly friendly and made me feel like family. The food was also great! We started with kopanisti (spicy cheese), followed by the souvlaki bowl and moussaka for mains. The highlight was the moussaka in all of its creamy, delightful bechamel goodness. The souvlaki bowl wasn't bad but a little underwhelming -- if they asked me for recommendations, I could punch up the flavors! Needs more vegetables and herbs. But all in all, a great meal and I'll happily come back again.

With the new owners firmly in control I have to tell you that the former glory that made this place special is back and even better!!! Attention to the details and the love in the preparation of the food is second to none! If you don't try the Greek soup then shame on you!!! The hand made shawarma is just perfect!!! Keep up the great work!!

The new owners and their awful recipes are ruining this place. The lemon chicken soup was once my go to when sick or if I just wanted something fresh and lemony and now it over salted, seems to have a generic "Greek seasoning" mix in it, and only faintly tastes of lemon. The hummus used to be the best I've ever had and now it's bland and watery. The spanakopita used to be flavorful, rich, and crispy but now it's bland, greasy, and tastes like they use frozen spinach. My go to has now become a no go because some egotistical fools bought a neighborhood staple and decided to change everything. It'll be sad to see them go out of business but everything I loved about the place is already gone.

We are long-time take-out customers. Always ordered chicken lemonato and hummus appetizer and loved both. The last year or so there's been a big change in both. Hummus is so garlicky and the chicken is totally different. A little tough and too much oil in it. The lemony sauce is no longer there. Gyros are good and a few other things.
