Xtreme Limo

We decided to rent a limo for a birthday and I chose Xtreme Limo. From start to finish, they did an excellent job. Everyone I spoke with on the phone for payment, everyone in the office, and the driver were absolutely attentive and incredible. I asked if we could bring some drinks by to have ready in the limo and they let me! And sure enough when we all got in the limo, Michael (our driver) has everything all on ice and ready. He took photos for us, and joked around with us so he was legitimately the icing on the cake. He even dealt with us after 15 bottles of Prosecco. He was a genuinely nice guy, and I'm very grateful to the staff at Xtreme for making a birthday so memorable.

We used Xtreme Limo this past weekend and WOW. From start to finish everyone we worked with was responsive, informative, and fantastic to make plans with. After the issue with our original vehicle choice came up last minute they upgraded us to a beautiful Escalade which was unnecessary but absolutely wonderful.The vehicle was prestine, on time, and so fun! Stocked with everything that was promised online, including fresh ice, we were ready to start our evening off right from the very second we stepped into the Escalade. David, our driver, was prompt and professional. He took time to walk us through all the details of our vehicle/trip, contacted us ahead of time, and helped us with any questions we had. He was ready when needed and let us enjoy our trip to the fullest! I can't thank him enough for his service. We will absolutely be using this company again in the future. Had and awesome time for my 30th birthday on the Xtreme Limo party bus!! Our driver Mike was awesome and very accommodating! The bus was very clean, neat lighting and on time! The only hiccup was having trouble connecting to Bluetooth in the beginning but we did get the music going eventually! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a party bus in Columbus!!

Kyle was wonderful to work with! He offered us a larger limo for the same rate as the one I requested.Mike was the best driver! He didn't mind we went an hour over and didn't bother us while we were wrapping up dinner. He had no problems getting to both stops.Thank you both!

It doesn't take much to be an decent party bus/limousine/town car driver. Don't run any red lights if the passengers are looking, try not to hit any pedestrians, keep the speed steady as not to spill the passengers' bevs, and show up on time. Those are basics.Thanksgiving weekend (remember that little game Michigan v. Ohio State? Yeah that was during this time frame) and our post-wedding Xtreme driver showed my girlfran's bridal party how Xtremely great a driver can be. Said driver kept the party bus warm during the wedding, since Columbus decided nothing suits football, black Friday weekend shopping and weddings better than below-freezing temps and a little snow, and kept access easy for quick darts to and from the church. He stocked the bus with ice, cups and paper towels for maximum drinking and minimum mess. And better yet, the bus was iPhone ready for my husband's DJ jams while we drove around and took in the sights of Columbus. I'm using that phrase quite loosely. (Columbus, we're still not BFFs so don't get any warm and fuzzy ideas.) Originally we were going to bar hop, but we quickly learned the inside of the bus was warmer, cleaner, and allowed for us to drink until our little hearts were content without a pesky bartender standing in our way. But what really made our driver Xtremely special, he made booze and potty stops. And not just stops, but where he knew we could find them. No Boones Farm and backyard bushes for our classy crew. Xtreme Limousine did our bridal party right and gave us the nuptial treatment with first-class service. They even made me enjoy Columbus for a few hours. Through dimly-tinted windows and a champagne haze of course.

Let's not kid ourselves: limo service is an indulgence reserved for really rich people or commoners who want to make an event more memorable. Alas, I fall into the latter category, but I wanted to up the wow-factor on my wife's birthday party. ANY limo would have made a good impression and earned me valuable brownie points...although Xtreme's fleet seems to be a notch ahead of the competition in terms of vehicle amenities. It's not the vehicles that earn Xtreme five stars, though. They dominate with customer service. Their booking agent, Kyle, was prompt, professional, and courteous. He carefully answered all of my questions, and I felt like he genuinely appreciated my business. Our driver, Mike, was also on the ball. We had a phone-number mix-up that left him temporarily unable to contact me, and yet he still made sure he was curbside to pick us up after dinner without being summoned.Your time is valuable, so don't waste it shopping around for the best price. These guys provide the best value. I would re-use Xtreme Limo without hesitation.

We took one of their Hummers limos out for my birthday, had an absolute blast. Our driver Dustin was on time, knowledgeable of the city and local bars, and even had super glue for my girls broken heel. The light show and sounds system inside were awesome, was able to hook my phone up no problem. Had a smooth ride to all our bars with curbside pickup and drop off. Will definitely rent again for my next event.

Xtreme Limo was great! They worked with our photographer on where to go and made the day super easy. The only con was getting ahold of them. I was calling the afternoon the day before the wedding to confirm because I never got a call from them regarding details for the day.

Could not have asked for more. From the first phone call I made to inquire about their services, and ultimately choosing, I have been nothing but pleased! When the company had a bus issue they fixed the problem and had a solution that more than worked for me. I had a lot of people to move around for a wedding and they made it happen without a hitch - just what I needed ! What I knew was a crazy bus schedule they accomplished easily. The vehicles were all immaculately clean and every driver (all 4 of them) were polite, nice, prompt and safe. I would use this company again without even looking elsewhere. I appreciate this type of service and commitment to their customers! Great night!!!

These guys are the BEST!! Call them for your limo needs! We use them for team parties or birthdays. All of the drivers we have had were fantastic.
