Our first time visiting and it didn't disappoint. Dined on a Saturday evening around 6pm and most tables were occupied, but we were able to snag a table next to the window. We tried a sampling of things that had caught our eye when reviewing the menu. Started with Salt & Pepper Chicken, an egg roll, order of crab rangoon, and to round out the sampling we selected the crab soup dumplings. The dumplings were so tasty and rangoons were good too. We really liked the s/p chicken and its seasoning. Then for our main dish, we shared the Spicy Stir with vermicelli and we added spicy beef. It had amazing flavor and plenty of heat but subtle. To wrap up our meal we ordered the coconut lava custard buns. Overall, a great meal and the food was delicious from start to our leftovers.

I've been to Xi Xia's Henderson Road (original) location; I'm incredibly happy to see a family owned business set up shop in Pickerington - and it's NOT a pizza joint! Dine-in, the gentleman brought me plate-utensils and a touch-pad, you order via the pad, can pay when you're done; also can make additions/extras and/or subtractions to your dish; also nice if you want to add on to your meal while in the middle of eating. I got the Curry Chicken, comes with rice and a fried egg and the Coconut Lava Custard Buns. Absolutely delish! Their curry dish is my main go-to at their first Kenny Rd. location, and it was just as good here. A great amount of protein, the sauce was really good; any dish that comes with a fried egg always gets my attention. These were the most authentic custard balls I've ever had. The center is actually liquid from the yolk, which was a first for me. They're not as sweet as others I've tried, and I loved this. They are sweet, don't get me wrong, but they obviously don't rely on pure sweetness to draw in tastebuds. Highly recommend you try them. The owner Daniel came out to check on my meal; great personality! Chatted for a few, he described their process to picking Pickerington, and he's totally right: Henderson Rd/Dublin are already represented well, same for Polaris area; that leaves Grove City and Pickerington, and this suburb doesn't have authentic Chinese/noodle cuisine represented at all. Yes, the take/home plastic containers are so cool and unique here too! I've found my new local spot when I'm craving Chinese and don't feel like driving to the northwest part of town.

What an incredible addition to our community! We stopped by to try Xi Xia, as we were excited to have a new addition to the food offerings in Pickerington. We were greeted warmly and given such thoughtful service throughout. Daniel (one of the owners, I believe) provided such a friendly and engaging experience. He talked to us about our preferences and gave wonderful suggestions for our meal.We had a spicy beef noodle soup, garlic noodles with incredibly tender thinly-sliced beef, and crab soup dumplings. Each bite was packed with such depth of flavor, clearly house-made recipes. The hand cut noodles were absolutely next-level. The perfect texture and flavor. We can't wait to return many more times to work through all of the interesting menu items. It will be our top takeout spot for sure, but we really enjoyed eating in as well - we are so glad that they brought this gem to our community!

Stopped in for the first time. It is a big improvement from the previous Chinese restaurant that occupied this space. Service is good and all staff was friendly. I got their Curry Chicken Over Rice and it was flavorful along with a nice presentation. I do feel it was a little pricey for portion size, however. They have an array of soups/noodles that I would like try. Looking forward to trying more items.

So, I knew this location as Mr. O's but it's changed. I ordered the fried rice and an egg roll. The egg roll was delicious and tasted fresh! The oil was clean & it wasn't oily or greasy! The chicken fried rice was light, fluffy & delicious. I firhit yo ask for soy sauce but I got sweet & sour, homemade chili oil which wasn't very spicy & the spicy mustard. My food was under $15 & there's enough fried rice for pretty much two different meals! I will certainly be back & try the noodles@

I'm not one to leave reviews, but I just finished my second takeout meal from Xi Xia and I'm incredibly impressed. The first time, I had their stir fry noodles with chicken- very fresh and flavorful. The next time, I had the Orange Chicken- and it truly was the best Orange Chicken I've ever had... it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Their takeout containers are also the best I've ever seen, and they help keep the food fresh. My husband was also very impressed with the food and the service when he went to pick it up. We will absolutely be returning customers!

This chinese restaurant is rated 4.9 stars on google. I'm a huge fan of Chinese food and good reviews, so, of course, I had to try it. It's located next to Coldstone in a Plaza on Hill Rd. I was able to place my order from a kiosk with a very quick and convenient process. On that particular day, the employee told me that the food might be a little slow because they were low on staff, so my husband and I just ran an errand and came back. Xi Xia specializes in noodle dishes, and the noodles are handmade in house. I tried the house fried noodles that came with broccoli, snow peas, beef, chicken, and shrimp. The flavor was excellent. I'm usually a person who puts lots of soy sauce on my lo mein to add flavor, but this actually didn't need any. The meat was tender, and it came in a pretty cool container. I'll be back to try more menu items .

I really wanted to like this place since there are not many good Chinese restaurants on the east side of town. There were 3 of us. You order at a table side kiosk that has pictures and if you click on the dish you get details. It was really annoying to scroll up scroll down click here click there. I prefer to see a menu all at once not on a tiny screen where I have to keep scrolling back and forth to narrow down my choice. Order is placed on the kiosk. They definitely don't understand that when people dine together they want to eat at the same time. Mine came out so I started eating. About 7-8 minutes later my son's came out and minutes later my husband's came out. I think they can only cook one thing at a time. I really don't remember the names of the dishes. My description did not say that it would be served cold so I did not eat it all since it wasn't good. If it had been steaming hot it would have been ok. I took one look at my son's dish and pretty and could barely look at. Like me he pulled out the meat ate a few noodles but couldn't bring himself to eat it . My husband didn't mind his - something breaded and fried with chicken but terribly spicy. Our server saw barely eaten food but didn't even care to ask if something was wrong. Glad we gave it a try but will not be back.

Let me tell you, I was absolutely thrilled to learn that Xi Xia had opened a second location so close to me! I previously lived close to the trifecta of Chilispot/Xi Xia/Tensuke and was pretty sad that they're a good 30 min drive from the new place. But now, one of them has come to me! They have some new dim sum type items here that they don't have at the original location such as soup dumplings and har gow, and they do appear to be made in house vs frozen! The noodles are just like the original location, and the staff is so friendly! This will definitely have a place in our takeout rotation, just like it did before we moved.

The 5 star reviews of this place are definitely from Americans who think the food is supposed to taste like that. I was so excited for this delicious looking meal, but my entire night feels like it's ruined. That sounds dramatic, but what they gave me was so jaw-droppingly bad that it kind of makes me want to cry. My mom works so hard every day to give us good food every day, and I wish I could grab her money back from Mr. Bill Yu's grubby, piss-stained hands. We ordered delivery, and happily took the delicious smelling food from our drivers hands, eager to eat, right? I opened that blue tin and found stuck-together, thick noodles (asked for thin noodles, biggest damn noodles I have seen in my entire life) and around five small pieces of what I can only assume are red-tinted scraps of cloth. Those "spicy" meat pieces felt like if bacon was just the fat part, but way chewier and really, really sad to eat. The noodles were the same, flavorless and incredibly chewy. I don't know if I was supposed to add my own sauces, but I am 100% they would slide off and pool at the bottom of the tin. And that was the whole meal, save for two tiny pieces of bok choy. This was our friday delivery meal. Oh, hey, egg rolls are also missing. Kill me.
