The apartments here are lovely to live in. The clubhouse is well stocked, the pool is comfortable to swim in, the community is quiet, and the maintenance comes promptly to help with issues. Any issues that you have with your apartment Lee comes promptly and is very kind enough to help with the issue.

Been here a little over 5 months. Well designed space and so convenient to many shopping areas, including a small plaza with a grocery store, Dollar Tree, library, and several eateries literally next door. Cute downtown areas of Westerville and Worthington are a short ride away. Office staff have always been pleasant and maintenance has been prompt and responsive the few times we've had to call. My experience with neighbors has been pleasant enough, although twice I have had packages stolen from outside our apartment. That makes me sad.

I have attached photos of the move in ready apartment. Waited weeks and months for maintenance after move into filthy apartment. Then got a fly infestation in the spring. The most disgusting place I have ever lived and even after cleaning the apartment always had a bad smell, years of poor maintenanceand neglect cannot be cleaned away.

We brought up concerns about a neighbor and her children, who were throwing trash, screaming, barking at our dogs, and making our "home" unbearable to live in. Management then informed the mother of the situation, who then proceeded to attack us mentally, verbally and emotionally. She got her friends and family involved as well. They would antagonize us via our ring doorbell. Management's response was to have a sit down between us. The neighbor came in with a victim attitude and proceeded to attack us further, calling us racist and saying we were purposefully watching her family through our ring doorbell. She refused to listen to us or accept responsibility. Management just sat at the table and did absolutely nothing. Later, management stated they thought the meeting went well and things were resolved. Management made us feel like we were the ones with a problem and that this was our fault. The harassment got even worse. We brought more concerns to management and asked if we could move buildings. They told us no, that they don't do that, even though the neighbor was moved from another building. We asked if we could break the lease since the neighbor continuously harassed us for months. We were told we could not without either doing a lease buyout or takeover. To me this meant that we would be accepting the responsibility of the situation, when it was not, and I refused to accept that. We ended up speaking with the vice president of rental operations of the champion property management and explained the hell we were going through and management's lack of action or concern. He allowed us to break the lease and move out. This is the worst environment I have ever had to live in. Management did not do anything to stop the harassment. Instead, they blamed us and forced us to live in unbearable conditions. Our peace was non-existent. We did not feel safe in our home. I am upset that management is still not taking responsibility or holding the neighbor accountable for her actions. I will tell everyone I know to never live here. This place is not a safe community. Management needs to be replaced.

Lived here not even a full two months and have had so many issues. Was originally told in my Welcome letter price of rent then they called saying they have to change it to a higher price because they did a walk through of unit and said not was newer. On move in day there was nothing new about the unit, they just wanted more money. Water came into window from heavy rain. Had to receive three mail keys within not even living here for two months, the heat has a mind of its own when it wants to work (have to mess with the switches for 10 minutes to get it to register again which is so fun having to do in the middle of the nighT) and they have no way of knowing how to give me access to my resident portal that they created for me and never gave me info. Not worth the money for the amount of issues in less than two months time. Your welcome.

Moved in last July 2018 and have had very few issues. I will admit the appliances are older, but it appears that the complex is upgrading as older renters move out, so maybe you will get lucky and get new stuff. I've have lived in and out of apartments for nearly 25 years now and have had many different experiences with landlords (most good, some bad) and neighbors (also most good, some bad). Apartment living is a take it or leave it type of thing. You have to go in understanding that although you live there, it is not your owned home. You will be sharing an area with strangers most of whom are decent folks and others not so much. Understand that people are people (yes some smoke weed and can be loud at times), and take that to heart. However, I totally get wanting to live in a safe and fairly quite environment. Get to know the people around you, if they are decent people they will understand and hopefully want the same things that you want or at the very least will try to keep things to a dull roar. Otherwise, talk to your apartment managers in a professional manner and let them understand your concerns (keep in mind to pick your battles wisely - not everything is worth fight over when sharing space with people - once again you rent....you do not own). All in all, it's an ok place to live. The apartments could use some updating, and new windows would keep the electric bill down. All in all thought, few complaints from this guy.

I have lived here for 3+ years and it's a great community! Laura, Don and Pat are a wonderful team. Laura is very friendly and efficient, loves everyone's animals and is always happy to see you when you stop by the office. Don is very prompt and always repairs or replaces whatever goes wrong right away. I think he materializes by magic he shows up so fast! I love that I don't have to worry about getting from my car to my door and any packages I have delivered are always waiting by my door or at the office. My only two gripes are 1)my unit backs onto the Kroger store loading docks and there is a fair amount of truck noise, my neighbors are very quiet but the trucks are not - and 2) my unit needs new windows. That said, I still would recommend this place! Very convenient and good people!

I lived at Worthington Ridge a year ago. The noise level was very minimal. Reasonably priced for the location it is in. I had Kroger right down the street and the mall was only 10 minutes away! Very convenient. The front office staff are very friendly and always welcoming. I had no issues with any maintainece. Any time I called they fix the problem right away. I am very sad I moved. I will be back once my lease it up at my new place. 5 STARS Worthington Ridge!!!
