Really great experience here! I went to get a pair of white gold hoops repaired and it was an extremely fair price and a really quick turnaround! My earrings are really sentimental to me and I was worried about giving them to a shop, not knowing what could happen but they were fantastic!! Would recommend and will definetly go back for any of my future needs.

I would definitely recommend this jewelry store, because the staff are so caring and friendly. I here with my coworker who wanted to buy her daughter a gift. She found a Nice necklace with a little trinket on it.

This has been our family jeweler for years. They never disappoint. We have referred many people in Columbus and out of state, they walk away saying Bob , Thersa and staff listened, provided great service and love their beautiful piece of jewelry. We live in Nashville and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Just purchased a beautiful necklace and earring set for our daughter. The staff worked with us over a couple of visits to get just what we wanted which required some customization. They were patient, so helpful and responsive! We couldn't be more pleased with the result. Our daughter was awed! This is our go -to store!!

I had some gold jewelry to sell and chose Worthington Jewelers due to their great reputation. I was treated with great respect even though I wasn't there to buy anything. I had a lot of small items but never felt rushed through the process and received a fair price. They also will work with you to design a custom piece. Someone I know had some beautiful necklaces made there. I would definitely recommend for all of your jewelry needs.

We had an appointment at Worthington Jewelers to look at wedding bands and it was a great experience! Our sales rep who helped us was Daley and she was great! She was very patient and listen to our needs and I never felt like she was pressuring us to buy right then and there. We ultimately did not end up buying an item that day because we wanted to inquire about getting a customized ring but Daley helped walk us through the process of customizing and we're excited to see the outcome of our potential future wedding rings! DO NOT BUY AN ENGAGEMENT RING FROM HERE. Following up on this review, I've had quite unbelievably the worst experience I think imaginable with Worthington Jewelers, they've single handedly ruined and sucked all the wonder out of my engagement for the following reasons. 1. They sent an ad to my house congratulating me on an order on an engagement ring (the ring wasn't even ready yet). My girlfriend saw that ad and was able to obviously piece together that I bought her engagement ring. So from the beginning, the surprise of engaging to my girlfriend was taken from me. 2. They were late on providing me the ring I ordered and after inquiring multiple times past the completion date, I was informed their system was hacked and that's why their emails weren't going through to update me on the delay. I was then told my personal information may had been compromised and to change my email password. So not only was my ring several weeks late but now I'm wondering if my personal and financial information is safe or stolen. 3. The owners did sit with me to address the first two concerns. They made efforts to remedy the situation, which was appreciated. This really was all for nothing because after the proposal when my fiancé went to take the ring in for a minor size adjustment. Worthington Jewelers handed her a receipt with the price of the ring on it. The price I paid was certainly nothing to be ashamed of, but it's not something my fiancé needs to know days after proposing, if ever!Overall my entire engagement ring experience was a complete nightmare because of Worthington Jewelers. They do not have the infrastructure, discretion, or operational wherewithal to be handling such significant personal and financial transactions for people. Go elsewhere.

Very disappointed as I have bought jewelry here before. Went in to shop for a necklace for my daughter and also get some knots out of a couple of necklaces.Lots of people working - they said April 12 would be the turn around time to get knots out of necklaces. I went across the street to Denig Jewelers - they got the knots out in 5 min.

Worthington Jewelers is a GEM in the industry! I had such a wonderful experience today purchasing a permanent bracelet and working with Rick to get it just right! His patience and professionalism was top notch when explaining the process and putting on the bracelet.I HIGHLY recommend Worthington Jewelers for all your jewelry needs!!!

I would highly recommend Worthington Jewelers for resizing rings! I took my engagement ring here and was promised my ring within a week, however I got it the next day!! It was also a fair price and looks amazing. I can't even tell anything happened to it! I took my ring to another place first and they told me they would have to send it away and I wouldn't get it back until January. I was also quoted about $250 more than what I paid here. They were awesome!
