Carl Woodford reaches out to buy a house that was left to me when my grandmother and mother died. After signing an agreement on price he asked that I also sign a paper allowing him to secure the property with plywood. He entered the property and flipped it without our knowledge as we live in another state. He had it listed for sale on his website before we had been paid for it. He had every excuse not to pay until I finally gave him a specific date to pay by or we would get a lawyer. Our original contract stated he had 3 business days to pay once the property had been transferred to his company. In my opinion this is not a trustworthy company and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I was interested in one of the properties this company had for sale. This specific listing was initially purchased for around 50,000 and after "remodelling" was for sale for 119,000. When I asked the real estate agent at Woodford Contemporary Real Estate what changes had been made to the property to justify such a price increase, I was told that they couldn't tell me. So I made a low offer (in hopes of just finding out what upgrades had been met) and was told that the offer was too low and they would not tell me what upgrades had been made.Unless all real estate agencies operate in this manner, I think these folks are quite SHADY.

I have been a tenant for over 10 years. I just want to say it's been an amazing experience, and I hope to be many more years.. If you're looking to buy a home or rent a home, I would highly recommend.

Carl Woodford does not keephis promises. He gave me asigned agreement for a fixedprice for my property. He thenlisted it without my permission.He has numerous companiesso he can say he has not hadcontact with you. When hejust shuffles names!

My family and I rented a part of a duplex from then trough their realtor Shelly Woodford. This was my first time searching for a place for us to move and did not make sure the area was good but after just the first couple of weeks of living there we where having problems. The were shootings, fights, killings etc. There were many times where Shelly wouldn't pay the water bill and we would have to sit for days without water and ask around the neighborhood for water or days where the grass would be up to your knees for weeks until they finally listen to calls and have it cut. My mother who is a stroke survivor who I care for told me she was scared to live in the neighborhood and making her anxiety worst we decided to finish the lease than move. I started to look into buying a home and Shelly showed me some homes they had for sale sense she's an agent. When I finally found a home trough a different agent it was the end of our lease so I took a moving notice letter to Woodford contemporary. After a week later I get a text from Shelly lying and saying we broke the lease but it ended when I called here out on it and told her why we cant stay there she started to attack my character and calling me evil and i would get bad karma because i have evil in my heart. And claimed she was shocked that we would leave but she is the one who was showing us homes to move to and claimed all types of damages to keep the deposit. Of all the horrible thing my family went trough I got attacked at the end for doing better for them..

Ms Woodford helped me out of a very tight minimum time frame to purchase a home,she have the skills and knowledge to provide you with names and resources to you as a person,I would recommend her for your next home surch made easy
