Wong's Golden Wok

This is take-out primary, there aren't tables to eat-in. The portions here are huge, so you'll have at least 2 or 3 meals from one entrée. I also feel they have some of the best crab Rangoon in all of Columbus; they actually taste like they're made fresh!! The ambiance is pretty straightforward, get in, order, get out. They do not accept Discover credit cards. Prices are very reasonable for how much food you receive!

Hey it's Chinese carry-out though you can sit at a few of their cute little tables (or could before Covid, they were completely wrapped up in plastic for awhile and still probably one of the most Covid safe restaurants, they are not screwing around!!). I've been eating here for years now, it's a well known place on the west side. The lady at the counter is known for her abruptness and you'd be missing out without her as part of the experience. So don't take offense, this is just how Wong's Golden Wok is! The food is always good and hot and the portions are big! I always have leftovers!

This is my go to Chinese place, not just because it's close, but because it's good. Their egg rolls and all their soups are good. Be get the general tso tofu and mixed veg regularly. Their lo Mein is good too.What's keeping it from going to 5 stars is that everything is good, not great. But when you have that craving for Chinese, this will definitely hit it.

I've be coming here for the past 10yrs and never have had a complaint. Very good and great customer service.

I have been in search of a good chinese place, and I have found a good one, most of the time I order general Toe's with fried rice and 2 out the 3 I have tryed either was swimming is what looks like dirty dish water, to tasting like ketchup with sugar added to it.But Wong's Golden Wok has there general toe's that is spicy yet sweet sauce they cook it in and the taste is fabulous, I was very happy to find this place...only 2 problems I had is place is dirty so I will not eat it there again, take out only for me. fried rice was cold. but other that that its good..

I've been eating the food here for damn near 20 years, and it's spectacular. It's a mom-and-pop joint; the wife runs the front and the husband does all the cooking. Their kids took it over for a couple years and the quality went down, but since mom and dad came back, the food's been as great as I remember. Things get really busy around dinnertime. That's the same with any restaurant. The thing with this place is that they get everyone's food done in record time without sacrificing quality. If you go in when they're not slammed, you'll wait maybe 10 minutes for your food. If you're in when they're slammed, you'll wait about 30-45 minutes (totally worth the wait, though, because your food is piping hot when it's brought out). Oh, and the wife has a FANTASTIC memory. If you're a regular with a usual, she'll verify that that's what you want and put the ticket in the window. You don't have to tell her twice as long as your order is the same. She had my dad's order memorized after our 3rd visit (he gets the same thing every time).They have dine-in and carry out services. Space for dine-in is limited, though. If you order something for carry out, like the spicy chicken, carry your bag completely level. The sauce isn't easily contained in the box and it will spill everywhere if it's lopsided.Fantastic food, fantastic service...can't ask for anything better.

Pretty good. The couple who runs this are very nice. Food is great, maybe a little greasy but what you expect from Chinese takeout. And it is takeout by the way, I wouldn't recommend eating there. Very small place with lots of people sitting waiting for their food. They forgot our egg roll, so that was a bummer.

Great Food for the Price!!! Always ready to go when u arrive to Pick up !!! Beef low Main & Wonton soup are my favorite dishes!!!

Great food good prices. Food is always good and the service is very fast only wish they were open on Sunday

Had this for lunch a couple of days ago, fresh and hot, egg rolls are delicious! First time here, will have to order ahead, orders take 15 to 20 minutes! Trying their Pad Thai next time!
