Wingstop

Food turned out great. I ordered online I was greeted when I came pick up my order my order wasn't ready in time however, they were kind enough to began on my order immediately. My wait time was about 10 min but the food was fresh. Kitchen area was clean dinning area could have used some attention. Received everything I ordered. We already demolished one large fry before we got home! Seasoning was perfect!

Hand down, they are amazing Clean environment, courtesy employees. and The manager at this Eakin location reflects leadership skills. Not sure she wants her name posted ,so let me say this -------- --- you're simply the best .

From the food to service to the atmosphere it's amazing! Some of the best chicken/food I've had I'm so happy I got to try this place I came from wch Ohio to there just to try it and it was so good I will be back again.

Wanted wings, in a hurry, after a doctor's appointment but before work. I saw this was nearby, so I ordered online and zipped over. It's in a slightly run-down strip mall with a Kroger, between a Subway and a pizza shop. Small but welcoming inside, clean, bright. Great service. At one point there was a mixup (orders for Jim and James at the same time got switched,) and they fixed it quickly and gracefully.I had a combo: ten wings, with lemon pepper and Hawaiian sauces. Upgraded the fries to "Voodoo Fries." Added veggie sticks so that the other stuff was part of a balanced breakfast. Drinks are the slick Coke machine, plus tea. I like the option of "not sweet, sweet, and Southern sweet."The wings were good- big and meaty, cooked right. Lemon pepper is more of a dry rub, peppery with a hint of citrus, pretty good. Hawaiian is a sauce, sweet with a bit of zip. The fries were good but messy. Standard fries with Cajun seasoning, plus ranch and cheese on top. I'd skip them next time since the regular fries are plenty good. The veggie sticks were huge and fresh.Good option in this area. Just remember to call or order online (very easy and customizable.) Reasonable prices.

When I enter this place of business at Wingstop, the music was very loud. All the workers had on no gloves, and they was very unprofessional yelling across the restaurant. They were like grabbing their bottoms and like wiping and touching their face in their nose and then the food I wouldn't recommend his Wingstop to anyone . You also can see the male employees draws underwear ...No one wear glove handling the food. I waited for 30 minutes to place my order and walked out.

We waited like 10 minutes to get our order taken and there was a lady yelling at the workers, while they yelled back at her. When they finally took our order we barely ordered anything and we waited 50 minutes for 20 wings and a fry. Outrageous!

Don't ever order from this place if you want your food- you send someone to pick it up and they don't make your order... they tell you it's going to be ready until close and then they say they can't make the order

Overall I would give the Restaurant 5 stars but it only takes 1 bad seed to bring it all the way down to a 1 star. I am a Door dasher I go into hundreds of Restaurants all over the city and this 1 employee is the only problem I ever had in 4 years . There is a Bar next door to Wingstop on Eakin rd almost every time I go there I see him going back and forth from the bar to Wingstop. He was asking another Dasher why he parked next to his girlfriends car in the parking lot. He is rude to his co workers . We get the drinks for the orders at this location. I asked him where the sweet tea was he told me "figure it out for myself" all he had to do was point but he would rather express his little Napoleon complex. Every other worker there is great. Always nice polite and helpful. always working hard. I have seen bad reviews about the Restaurant but people don't understand that there is a Mcdonalds on every corner. This wingstop is the only one for miles so they have a Huge order load and they do a Great Job but this 1 worker seems like he is dragging down the whole vibe of the rest of the team . He's like a Cancer in the normally Healthy environment. This use to be 1 of my favorite spots to pick up from because they never mess up the orders. Now I can't stand to walk in there

Terrible service. I ordered a combo meal through their app there was wings missing, no fries, or drink. I called them and they were rude and said it's out of their control once door dash picks it up. Said door dash is nasty and that's why they don't use them personally. They argued with me about the order I was physically looking at that was missing items. Not wanting to help out, great service guys.

Ordered online with a 4:30 pickup time. The order was ready at pickup of 4:32. When I got home, which is less than 10 mins from the restaurant, the fries were soggy and and barely warm. The chicken tenders and wings were lukewarm at best. It was very apparent that the order had been sitting for more than 2 minutes prior to pickup. Horrible experience!
