Winans Coffee & Chocolate - Columbus Grandview Yard

I love studying here and treating myself to their matcha lattes. I also recently tried a vanilla flavored black tea with milk which was also really good. Their chocolates and pastries look great, but I've only ever tried their blueberry crumb cake muffin which was fantastic and well worth the price.The service has always been efficient and friendly-ish. The ambiance is usually great to get work done, but sometimes it can be a little noisy. Parking is free and plentiful, which is always great.I will definitely be back here to try more items!

Best coffee ever with outdoors and indoors seating available.Definitely will come again for other drinks.

I love this Winan's location.Parking is easy. There's a large lot behind the building.This is a large Winan's location with wine, coffee, and chocolates. They are open later than other coffee/chocolate shops because they have the wine as well.I believe people go in here to work occasionally. There's plenty of space with the bar and indoor/outdoor tables.I always enjoy getting an assortment of chocolates. Service is always very nice!

The smell of coffee and lattes is a delight when you walk in. There was a decent drink menu offered. We did not try any drinks, but would definitely go back to try one next time. They had some fun Easter candy offerings in there when we went. This a small shop but had a good selection of chocolate. I got a box of chocolate covered marshmallows and some individual chocolates. The girl behind the counter was nice and answered our questions. She was busy making drinks for other patrons but didn't ignore us and let us know she would be right with us. They chocolate is tasty and the prices were better than at other local chocolate shops along Short North.

Great spot to get some work done. There is ample parking in the lot and the area is safe, clean, and walkable. I'm not a tea expert but he poured some leaves into a the teabag himself I think, so it wasn't just an off-the-shelf teabag which gave it some character. I've also enjoyed their dark chocolate confections (No idk what confections means but let's just pretend the use of that word makes my review seem reputable).Just down road from orange theory and Rewild yoga, which makes it convenient for pairing up work and work-out without too much complexity.

I love this place they are downstairs from my doctors office and the coffee smell is coming out of there are delicious.So I stop there and I have to say it was a wonderful experience.Coffee is delicious and pastries are to die for, after I had already ordered, I saw the muffins so next time I'm gonna smash a muffin!The best thing about this place is the service the people that work there are very nice and helpful to explain stuff to an old lady.Highly highly recommend it.

Wow! If you love chocolate, wine or coffee this is a must. What a fabulously unique selection and a great staff. If your looking for a gift this is a great place!

Great Winans location! The store is sleek, with nice seating and outlets for those wanting to hang out with their coffee. They have some very nice displays of chocolates and treats and wine to check out around the space, in addition to the glass case of chocolates. We also discovered they carry local baker Bakle the Baker cookies, and we were excited to pick up some of the current festive designs - holiday lights in different colors. Drink menu includes a variety of coffee, smoothies, and hot and frozen chocolate, and they also offer a selection of muffins. The staff was so friendly and helpful too. We picked up a variety of chocolate treats, cookies, and frozen hot chocolates, and everything has been enjoyed so far! There is a nice parking lot available out back too.

Coffee, chocolate, beautiful space... what's not to love? They did a great job with this new location!For starters, there's a parking lot in the back. All the locations I've been to only have street parking nearby and I don't tend to visit often because it can be a hassle. That alone means that I'll be visiting more frequently. Additionally, it's a great set up for grabbing a coffee, a tasty chocolate treat, and busting out some work. There's plenty of tables and bar space, and they even have a communal table, perfect for meetings or coworking. They also have electrical outlets available so if you're there to get some work done, no need to worry about how much juice you have left on whatever device you may be using. On top of all that, the staff was friendly, happy to help make recommendations, or even just have a good light-hearted conversation. As for the coffee and chocolate specifically, you can't go wrong. Last time I was in a grabbed up some "wurtles." Their version of a turtle. The ones I grabbed up were heavenly! Caramel and cashews covered in dark chocolate, holy moly. They didn't last long, let me tell ya!

We stopped here to meet up with a friend for a bit. Since it was late in the afternoon and we didn't want caffeine, we got a smoothie and a fruit crusher. We also got a pumpkin muffin and a white chocolate covered graham cracker. Everything was good. I preferred the fruit crusher over the smoothie. I really enjoyed the white chocolate covered graham cracker. Their specialty is really coffee and tea to a lesser extent. They have a lot of unique drink options if that's what you're looking for and I would come back for that.
