Absolutely horrible. The staff is very mean!! The maintenance is a joke they steal your stuff. It took them 2 months to fix my neighbors air condition apartments are dirty and refuse to replace carpet then though it's older then 3 years old. There is mold on the patios and the basement flats flood all the time.DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY STANDARD OF LIVING AND HATE VERY RUDE STUFF.

I have lived at Wilson court apartments for three years. It was recently bought by a different landlord. They immediately raised rent by 100$ a month. Since it was bought out I haven't had ac all summer despite telling my landlord all the time. Calling. Going to the office repeatedly. Writing a letter for Christ sake. This started in may. My bathtub also leaks through my ceiling. My cabinets are falling off the wall from the water damage.the ceiling plaster is molding. This started in july. I told them August 1st I wasn't going to pay them a dime till this stuff was fixed. My ac got "fixed", but it just died again promptly So. Let me be clear DO NOT rent here. DO NOT let any one you know rent here. It's been a disaster since the new owners came. I am not a complainer I've never used yelp before I'm just at my wit's end I don't want any one else to have to put up with living like this.

This place is a joke!! VERY thin walls and floors can hear people in the bottom...staff is really mean!! Made me and my fiancé pay an $80 water bill that wasn't even our fault...(had a leak). The maintenance is horrible...(they say to keep pets locked up especially dogs) well I guess while we were gone they would let our dog out and they actually broke the plastic bottom that goes in the cage...they steel stuff and leave lights and doors open in the apartment!! This place I would suggest not to move to!! The apartments look like sh**!! I can't wait to move in a couple if weeks!!!!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE I BEG OF YOU!!!!!!!!

***DO NOT RENT HERE*** Units are leaky and have structural and biological hazards, ask any tennant about the mold in their unit. Trust me, they all have a horror story. We moved in 2 years ago under previous management and had little issues with them. The complex changed ownership a little over a year ago and has quickly turned into a despicable living situation. We have always paid early and been respectful tennants. The new lease is unreasonable and I sincerely question the legality of the clauses but we resigned because we were in no financial shape to move. Office staff have entered on multiple occasions without notice, including once while we were home around Christmas. As I opened the door the office manager had her key in my deadbolt. Upon moving out we provided more than ample notice however management was in the apartment painting, 'cleaning', and unnecessarily running heat while electric was still in our name prior to the end of our notice and turning in keys. Additionally, management removed items from the unit prior to the end of our notice. The painting and cleaning charges in their post move out statement are highly inflated from what we were initially advised and I do not believe they are the actual costs incurred by the management company.

It's freezing in these apartments. Terrible insulation. From November till March, you won't survive without the heat. The central heat is very expensive and inefficient. With a setting of 68F, me and my wife received bills close to $300 for 3 months in a row. The only saving grace with Wilson Court is that the current rent of $689 (includes water fee of $40), its a lower rent than other nearby apartments. But again, be ready to be cold in your apartment, and be prepared to see an electric bill of minimum of $200 from Nov to March

I would NOT recommend this place to to my worst enemy!!!To say that the management staff is rude would be an understatement. Management consists of a mother and daughter team. Both are rude and uncaring. They are impossible to deal with if you have legitimate maintenance issues. The maintenance staff are polite enough, but inefficient. I am sure they can't do much when their manager refuses to pay for proper repairs. My average electric bill was between $150-$200 (for ONE person!) due to inefficient and old units. They claimed this was the average for all of the apartments and perfectly normal...Most of the W/D hookups don't have actual vents because they were added after the apartments were built. They give you one of those bucket of water vents to set on top of the W/D so the rooms get steamy and gross every time you do laundry. There is no lights on the outside of the apartment buildings so walking in at night can be terrifying. I had issues with my apartment flooding every time it rained and they never properly fixed it. The last straw was sewage flooding my apartment, the neighbors apartment, and the units across from us. Management was unsympathetic and rude when I was the one with sewage in my home. I recommend looking elsewhere if you value your sanity.

This place is awful. They are so bad they had to remove themselves completely from the main apartment ratings website because of the many, many terrible reviews. If you like management that treats you like dirt, old, rundown apartments, high utilities, flooding (sewage and rain) then go ahead and move in. I would recommend running as fast as possible in the opposite direction though.
