Wil's Grille & Pub

The staff and the owner are amazing people. It's a great local hang out and the service is fabulous. For a fun night and some good ole fashioned fish dinner it's wonderful.

Will's Grille and pub is a neighborhood staple. It's a cozy setting with some outside space as well.I particularly like the high booths and enjoy the friendly banter between the servers and customers..All of the sandwiches are quite plentiful and the salads are huge , but lack any particular distinction. All of the dinner items I have tried have been successful. To be truthful, I have not heard any negative comments from anyone . I would rate Wills As a reliable, relaxed, and tasty experience

Been to Wil's a few times the last year. We enjoy their daily specials, particularly the liver and onions. I can recommend their fried chicken and fish dinners, and you have to get their Cole Slaw as one of your sides. The service is good. The place is small with the dining area and bar sharing one room. As a negative, I think their pricing has gotten a bit high for the atmosphere and type of food they serve. Having said that, Wil's remains a good choice for an evening meal.

We Love Wil's - great hamburger, Friday's perch and walleye are excellent. Small quaint - we pretty much stick to the above. I will say it's not cheap - but we don't mind paying for the quality. Not much of a bar selcecrion if you are looking for craft beers or bourbons - but if you want a solid meal and don't mind paying fair value then this is the place.

Typical mom and pop bar on State Route 619 in PORTAGE LAKES. The food is good little on the higher price side. The place does do a very good business and is very clean. Very peaceful, little corner, bar, and restaurant.

We went for Friday night fried walleye and the fried fish did not disappoint. Nice portion, moist and tasty. My sister had her's sautéed and the skin was burnt and it was dry. I suggest for these gluten sensitive guests they add butter, spices and throw it in the broiler wrapped in aluminum foil. The sauerkraut ball appetizer appeared to be commercially sourced as they were not sauerkraut-y tasting and dry. Finally the coleslaw was tasteless. I doctored mine with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper . Overall the reason we went was for the fried walleye and it was good. They could up their game in these other areas though. But the place was packed so I guess folks are happy.

Great service Broasted chicken was fantastic. Mushroom and Swiss burger was great also. Sauerkraut balls and rolls yum!Will be back. Owners were very friendly as well as all staff

Food is good. And service is good!!! The Friday fish is amazing! My only gripe is that the FFs are soggy!!!

Don't bother Busser brought me a Iced Tea and after 15 minutes and watching three other tables after us get waited on we leftFind someplace else

I heard the perch dinners were very and that turned out to be true. Loved the sweet potato fries that came with it and the vinegar based coleslaw was delicious too. I'll go back.
