We are hooked on this place. Food is excellent, decor and ambiance are a notch above the usual, and service is stellar!I love how easy and clear the menu is. Flavors are great. We've loved the Soya broccoli with tofu, mango chicken, Singapore noodles, pork potstickers and basically everything we've tried. Plus, we're fans of the twins who run the place. They are super personable and helpful - and wow, do they hustle! My hubby and I think they should rename it Twin Ginger in their honor.We are regulars now - we can't stay away!

Food is pretty good as the food amount is very ample and prices are fair - I ordered Shrimp pat thai which was pretty tasty and huge. I also ordered hot and sour soup but somehow tom yum soup which the server and I mentioned in our conversation came instead. The soup was not bad but it was not delicate as the top line which I am used to. The service us prompt and kind. The place is very obsolete as an old style like I felt like a time slip that I went back when I was child.

We had a fantastic time at Wild Ginger for my stepmom's birthday. I believe there are no reservations, but we were able to get in right away. My stepmom was online looking for the best Pad Thai for her birthday and Wild Ginger was the suggestion. She is not very into spice and they were able to customize the order without spice or onions. They even put the peanuts on the side in case of any allergies. The Pad Thai was very good and I recommend it. we also shared a sushi roll which was fantastic as well. The reason my review is not five stars is because of the service, the waiters were a little all over. There was also a weird comment about birthday dessert and how only the owner would give it if we were regulars. It was just a little weird and I don't know if it has to do with the waiter or staff itself. I would definitely give it another try and maybe change my star rating after as it is a quality restaurant.

I was craving good sushi again, so went back last night and ordered the sushi and sashimi for two. It did not disappoint! The fish is so fresh and has perfect texture. The selection included more than the usual salmon and tuna - we love the suprise goodies! So darn good! And -of course- the service is top knotch every time. Tempura icecream was a fun way to top it off.

Giving three stars because the service was really good, but man I was disappointed by the food - which I would give a 2.5. The reviews were so good so I arrived with a full appetite and sadly still left hungry. The positive - the wonton soup was excellent! Definitely the best I've ever had. Everything else left much to be desired. I also ordered the spring rolls and teriyaki chicken with fried rice. The spring rolls were good at first bite but there was a strange aftertaste we couldn't pinpoint. Still not entirely sure if it was the actual spring roll or the sauce with the aftertaste. The teriyaki chicken was so bland. It looked absolutely delicious so it was disappointing to realize there was no flavor. My cousin ordered the general tsos chicken and shared the same sentiments about her chicken tasting bland. I agreed upon trying as well. The fried rice also didn't seem fried? It actually just tasted like it was covered in butter but was definitely missing the soy sauce. And the mixed vegetables tasted freezer burnt. Overall I'd give 3 stars just for the really great service but probably wouldn't return for the food.

Consistently high quality food - especially the sushi! We have an annual tradition of dining here in NYE and it is always great. We also get take out from here frequently. Try the Pan Pan noodles and the Thai Spring rolls - also ask about their secret sushi menu.

I've been to the other locations, so I knew this would be good, but it's a bit out of my way. Stopped in today, right when they opened. I've had their entrées mainly, so I thought I'd try some sushi. Started out with the Fantasy Island, which is pretty much a deconstructed crab Rangoon. Tempura crab around a center of cream cheese, with sauces and scallions on top. Amazing. Perfect blend of flavors and textures. Tiny bit of heat at the end. Very nice appetizer. Then I had the super scallop roll, and the sweetheart roll. I was a little embarrassed by the sweetheart roll, with pink wrapping and arranged as hearts, and even served with a small flower display. But I liked the description, and I like crab but have never had crab tempura, so I had to try it. Again, excellent. Beautifully plated. A great combination of different flavors and textures. The crab tempura was kind of hidden with everything else going on, but it was very tender and tasty. The rolls held together well. The scallop rolls were a bit more messy. Scallops and I don't know what all in the roll, with tiny, tender baked scallops in a creamy sauce on top. Ended up using the fork to pick up some scallops that fell off the top, and some of the sauce. Again, well made, and a nice combination of flavors. Service was great. It's expensive, but it's sushi, and for what I got it was well worth it for the quality and quality. I'll be back, to all of the locations eventually.

Wow! What a standout place at Polaris!Sushi was great and presentation was beautiful! We also ordered Sesame Chicken to share, it was perfectly crispy and well seasoned and served with string beans. Service was great! We will definitely be back in the future. We saw they had great lunch deals so hopefully we can get over here at lunch time in the future.
