Stopped in for lunch. Had burgers, fries. And slaw. Burgers were average; dense beef with little seasoning, but good toppings and fresh buns. The fries were fresh cut potatoes and the slaw was good. We had decent coffee and good tasting water. All in all a great greasy spoon!

Wow! Please, you owe it to yourself to come to the charming village of Butler and experience this amazing little restaurant. Its food and atmosphere is great and the price was perfect! Love this place!

I had the tenderloin sandwich. It was very thin but huge! They double it up on the grilled bun. It was very tasty. I would recommend you try it!

Nothing better than a Saturday brunch date with no destination in mind but running into this place couldn't complain for sure bringing our kiddos to this restaurant next time

Visiting the area from out of town, we found this restaurant using yelp. We stopped in on a Sunday in October just before noon with the family, two adults, two kids. The restaurant was about 75% full, no wait, seat yourself. The design and decorations of the restaurant were cute, very country, old west vibe. After a bit of a wait it became apparent that the restaurant must be understaffed. There were a few tables that were still not cleaned for a while and it took at least 10 minutes just to be greeted at our table and brought some menus, we almost got up and left thinking we were forgot about. It took at least another 25 mins after ordering to get our food and we noticed others still waiting a while as well. The menu was hard to read due to their design using semi transparent pockets with papers stuffed inside (just use laminating, or paper instead), the food was decent. One thing we weren't aware of was a service fee of an additional 3.5% just for using a credit card. This was rather annoying and honestly I don't know anybody that carries cash anymore so we didn't really plan for that extra cost. I would prefer just to pay a higher menu price up front and not be nickel and dimed on the way out the door. All in all it was nice to try something different as I like a good adventure but honestly if you're in the area and it's a toss up I would recommend trying something else.

This was our first visit. Not a huge selection for breakfast , but adequate . My eggs were ordered over medium and were cooked perfectly ! The homemade biscuits were delicious . Home fries were a bit cold and lacked flavor. Sausage gravy was average at best. The bacon was very good and my husband enjoyed his French toast . Priced very reasonable !!

Homemade biscuits and gravy what more could you want except for crispy hashbrowns! And this place had both!

The worse service ever. We ordered two chef salads and unsweet ice tea and coffee. Our salads were given to the wrong table. The waitress asked if I wanted a refill and I said yes. I told her unsweet ice tea because I am diabetic she brought sweet tea. Forty five minutes later she brought us the wrong salads. They had chicken on the salads. We have been there several times before and the service was good. We would have been off to go to McDonalds'. the service would have been faster and correct. If you ever find yourself in Butler, Ohio DON'T STOP AT THE WIFFLETREE. BUYER BEWARE.

Tiny little place with an AMAZING breakfast! Biscuits and gravy are on point! The reason I did not give 5 stars is because our waitress was very unfriendly. Her only words to us were do you want coffee and what did you decide. No good morning when we said it, no you're welcome when we said thank you, etc...when we did ot get the check after waiting quite a bit we went to the register and our waitress was cashing a couple out. When they were done, we asked to cash out to which she gave us a very dirty look and huffed that she had not brought us our check yet.

We had a late breakfast and food was reasonable and good. Service was excellent. I had the breakfast bowl and my wife had eggs bacon and toast. We will be back.
