WF Food truck is located in Tamarack Circle, behind the drive thru. Derrick the owner is very passionate about his food truck and it shows in the quality of food he serves. The fish was absolutely perfect and the cornmeal breading really brought it home for me. I got the (Whiting) Fish Combo W/Tots and it was really good, the cornmeal is on point! Also the home made coleslaw is where it's at, be sure and check that out!

Decided to check out this Food Truck that is a parking lot by a Drive Thru on Tamarack Circle. There I met the owner/chef Derrick. Has been in the business around 6 years. Prior to that a chef at a variety of places before deciding that he wanted to be his own boss. His Food Truck is quite different in that he serves breakfast and lunch/dinner. It was a little early so I went with the ham and cheese omelet with some home fries. It was a good size omelet with plenty of ham and sharp shredded cheese on top. The home fries were super thin and very tasty. Yummmy!! Derrick opened the truck during the beginning of the pandemic and steadily building cliental. I'm next time out will have to be the cheesesteak. Looked delicious. Take the time and check this truck out.
