Wellington Woods Apartments

The apartment manager, Bobbie, is very nice and sweet.... What else can I say.... Maintenance is a joke at Wellington Woods/ The Bray Co Property Management. My fridge/ freezer has been broken for over 32 hours. Maintenance guy came here today and said my freezer was too full (mind you I reported this 28+ hours before they showed). Well I have pics and it wasn't (I was not home at time of his arrival). When I arrived home he had thrown stuff in my fridge, but why?? My freezer wasn't even full. I contacted property manager again and I was blamed once again. Please avoid this community because of maintenance and slow response time. I have liked Wellington Woods for the 1.5 years I've been here, BUT maintenance has always been terrible at responding.

Worst place I ever lived , I had an earlier review posted but I will change it because the apartment complex wants to call it allegations and it's not really worth my time dealing with pettiness . Really it's like negative 20 stars to be honest

Our oven has been broken since we moved in last august and they never fixed it. The apartments are definitely not worth the $940 they charge for rent every month. The landlord is really rude sometimes, I do not recommend renting from Ashley Simonton or having a Wellington woods apartment. They overcharge you and don't take good care of any problems you have

Henry KThese are the best apartments that I have ever lived in. I have lived here for over 10 years.The neighborhood is quiet and safe.But the best thing about the apartments, is the management. They are so helpful and so kind. Every-time I have ever needed anything fixed, it was done in a timely manner. Everything is so easy, paying rent is easy, asking for maintenance help is easy. I am writing this review to say, thank you to Bobbie, who has treated me and my sister so well for the past 10 years.Thank you so much, Wellington Woods for being my home for so long.Henry K

These apartments are not the best. The interior is not ideal out of date, small, not enough storage. When I moved in stove, shower, and garbage disposal all not working after leasing office put in a work order to have them fixed before I moved in. Burn marks al over carpet left there for when I moved in. There was still cheese left in the fridge from the last remnants. After moving out and submitting end of lease form still charged rent. The are a ton of pot holes and unnecessary speed bumps that messed up my car. I regret moving to these apartments.

I have called in a request to fix my air conditioning since it first broke last year may of 2013.. it is now june 2014 and guess what? I STILL HAVE NO AIR CONDITONING! !! Thia is ridiculous, I pay rent just like everyone elce and I know ppl that live near me that got theirs fixed the first time they called.. I have kids and it is too hot for them in 90+ degree weather. My air conditioning is even leaking into my neighbors downstairs. So sad it had to come to this before they fix this issue.. I have put in 5 maintenance request and I have called corporate. Im not the type to write a review on ppl but this is seriously out of hand! I just cant wait for my lease to be uo so I can move into a place that care about their tenents!
