Watershed Distillery

They were nasty and said it was an hour and a half wait.I understand that this time of year is busy but no reason to be rude.

We went on a lottery day, crazy busy. Staff were interested in helping the lottery winners and not so much us. We were traveling close by and went by there. I wish there were more personable since we live in Alabama and don't come through the area ever.We love their products.

Attended an awesome and informational tour and tasting here this weekend. Abby was knowledgeable and fun. She kept the tour and various tastings both interesting and informative. Watershed makes great spirits; it was nice to learn more about the process and get a behind the scenes view of their facility. Definitely worth the trip when visiting Columbus.

The last time we toured the Distillery the restaurant didn't exist and they only had a small tasting room where the bottle shop now sits. Boy has a lot changed! The facility has grown so much and we loved seeing the barrell storage across the street. There is a wonderful place to sit, listen to the history and try a couple samples. Definitely worth a visit, especially when you pair it with a dinner reservation at the delicious restaurant.

Cool place! Just had a cocktail at the bar during the Anniversary party. Pretty bar area. Decent cocktails.

Great distillery in Columbus. Excellent bourbon and specialty bourbons. Why try to explain...... come in and sample their spirits. Love their Nocino black walnut liqueur. Excellent straight or as a mixer.

We visit my husband's cousins in CBUS last weekend and were told by my SIL that Watershed was a must try. She made reservations for us at 9:15pm and 9:30pm for Saturday night (they couldn't seat our original party together due to COVID Restrictions). Due to us having too much fun earlier in the day, only 6 of us ended up making it to dinner. The hostess was extremely pleasant and accommodating, and modified our reservation for us right away.They asked us to wait and have a drink at the bar as they cleared our table, but they were ready to seat us before we even finished perusing the drink menu; wow!Since there were 6 of us, we decided to split into pairs and we each ordered two dishes off of the Chef's Tasting Menu so that we could try everything. Again, because we had too much fun earlier in the day, I completely forgot to note down what exactly we ordered (sorry). I hope the pictures do it enough justice. All I can say is, whatever the appetizer Foam thing is is delectable. Pork was tender. Drinks were awesome. Waiter was attentive. I enjoyed all of the dishes through and through. I look forward to coming back here again, and would like to take the tour the next time I am in town.

Everyone in Columbus has heard of Watershed Distillery, unless they've been living under a rock, they've likely tried it somewhere too. They have amazing spirits and before COVID they also had a hot, trendy restaurant attached that was always busy and being raved about.Since March of 2020, I can't even count how many times I've pulled into their curbside pickup, honked, and had a lovely employee bring me the booze I needed to survive the year. I'm a whiskey gal so that's generally what I stick with. However, I've picked up gin and cocktail kits here as well. Heck, they were even making hand sanitizer to help Columbus get by in the early months of the pandemic.I can't say enough good things about this business and I'm so glad they were able to pivot last year and are still standing strong and doing well today. While you can find their products all over the city in bars and restaurants and liquor stores, etc., I love coming here to pick it up and will continue to do so. Cheers!

Have not been here for 6-7 years, but they have expanded with a full restaurant! We want to come back and take the tour since it's been a long time since we did it. Love the nocino, ask them how they got the recipe, it's a neat story. We like the bottled old fashioned, and four peel gin. Nocino finished bourbon get high marks on breaking bourbon website, can wait to try it.

Took the tour of the distillery it short, and quite interesting. Our guide was very informative and knowledgeable about the distillery. There were samples which were given to everyone in the tour, which was very nice. If you're interested in visiting a home town distillery this is it. I highly recommend it. I'm
