I've been eager to try Wario's for a while and today I finally made it happen. The place was packed ... every seat taken.I ordered The Chicken Caesar, The Steak "Wario's Way," and House Spuds, totaling $43. And let me tell you, the hype is real as everything was absolutely delicious! The portions were generous, and the ingredients were undeniably fresh. I watched as they shaved the steak and cheese in-house, which made all the difference. I chose to have the chicken on my sandwich crispy, and I couldn't have made a better call. The tomato butter on The Chicken Caesar was a fantastic touch. The spuds? Crispy, well-seasoned with ingredients you could visibly see; flavor in every bite. As for the steak, it was incredibly tender and packed with seasoning, while the trio of cheeses tied everything together beautifully. If you've been thinking about trying Wario's; go. You won't regret it!

I wanted to love this place *oh so much*. I saw the same viral video a lot of you did. The owner seems like a bad ass (in a good way). The vibes inside were immaculate. I got the chicken Caesar sandwich crispy style ($18), and an order of spuds ($6). The roll the bread came on, was delicious. Soft interior, crunchy exterior with flavorful seeds a plenty. The tomato butter was a perfect blend. Romaine with the Caesar dressing was spot on. Shaved parm was on point, and the ginger soy glaze was sweet and salty. Unfortunately, the chicken cutlet bombed. The chicken was breaded nicely, but the chicken itself was dry, tough and tasteless. I couldn't even bite through the middle when I got halfway through the sandwich. It didn't help that there were two to three cutlets in each bite. If the chicken was tender and juicy, it would have been awesome. Unfortunately because it was so tough, having two to three pieces made it impossible to get through. As much as I hate to say it, that ruined the sandwich for me. The spuds were a quality side. Crispy, garlicky, and a huge portion for the money. Came with a side of "Wario Sauce". It was like a oniony/garlicky aioli. A nice flavor to pair with the salty of the spuds. I'm from out of town, so I won't be back for a while. I want to give this place another try. I can't imagine with so many amazing reviews, that it's just not good. The cold cut sounded delicious; and so did the cheesesteak made "Wario style". The folks next to us got the Wario Spuds. Looked to be covered with pulled pork, cheese and a *ton* of garlic. Want to give those a try too. The cost out the door with a small tip was just under $30. Definitely pricey; but servings are big enough for two people in my opinion. So for less than $15 a person, I can't complain. Hopefully I just got an unusually bad batch of chicken, and next time it's a home run. I'll update when I get there...

If you're going for lunch, plan to stand around awkwardly in random spots for a few minutes, but don't worry - you won't be alone :) And they are pretty quick considering how busy they are! They are always friendly, and the sandwiches are always slammin! I actually prefer the OG sandwich Wario-style, but the specials are a nice spin on each day and I look forward to trying out the veg. I always get spuds with my sammy and that ends up making two full meals for me. If you are looking for a simple, hot, meat and cheese sandwich that tastes amazing, I cannot recommend it enough.

Warriors new location in Clintonville is right by Hot chicken takeover. The place was packed on Friday. They have about 5-6 tiny seating tables. It's a quick grab and go place. The sandwich was just okay. It lacked something. Couldn't wrap my head around what it was. We ordered it with fried chicken in it some reason made it very greasy. The marinara lacked salt for me. Overall it was just little too much for meThe spuds were burnt and dry. Almost tasted stale that day. Something was really off maybe that day for them I think I would try other things on their menu at some point.

Their sandwiches are really good - the cheesesteak. Feel like it could use a little more meat, and the bun was not my favorite. But this is a good place to grab a bite.

I think about the meatball sub way more than I want to admit. It is one of the best things I've eaten. If I eat a full one I don't need dinner.

After hearing all the hype I became a first time visitor yesterday at the Clintonville location. One of the owners was in the kitchen barking orders and making things run efficiently. That was cool. Warios is The real deal! I had their classic. Loved the sesame bun, the steak is perfect right off the grill, and you can tell the wiz is homemade. Gooey all over! One issue they need to work on; after you order there are few places to stand and it gets congested. Our order took 15 minutes and there really is no wait space. Outdoor tables are great. Warios is a good story about the two owners. We are big fans!

I'm so glad Wario's opened the Clintonville location, being able to swing by after work for a sandwich has been delightful. The classic steak sandwich is practically life changing, the vodka chicken is unbelievable, the roasted pork is mind-blowing. I also love trying their special sandwiches. They are admittedly a little pricey, but beyond worth it when considering how much you get in just one sandwich. The service here is always amazing, the vibes are immaculate and everyone is always so nice. The only change I'd want to make in a future order is maybe ask for a little less mustard on their cubano special. It was one of those "I'm not even mad, I'm impressed" moments because there was so much mustard on mine it was making my eyes water. For as much of a mustard lover as I am, I never thought there'd be a day I'd reach my limit but the warios besties really went there. Maybe someone was just a little heavy handed on my sandwich, I just wanted to give a warning to people who don't like mustard numbing their sinuses for a week
